3 Abstract 2018 was a year of cryptocurrency market maturation, growth of masternode (here and further on MN) coins and MN services. The OmniStore services mission is creating an infrastructure for MN investors and making MN exploring in general more convenient. The first available OmniStore product is OmniStore.Wallet a secure multicurrency online wallet initially designed for MasterNode coins. It is launched and ready to use from the whole project start. Please find detailed description of the OmniStore.Wallet in section 5.1. In the nearest future the team is about to develop an «all-in-box» OmniStore service that will make cryptoinvestors' life easy and comfortable by providing full range of MN management system: a secure multicurrency online wallet for PoS and PoW coins; desktop and mobile wallet applications for Windows, MacOS, Linux, ios and Android; coins purchases inside the service; OmniStore.Exchange an Instant exchange inside the service; three-click MN installation service; full MN hosting; shared MN service with instant MN option; MN analytics dashboard; mining pools marketplace for PoS/PoW coins. Find the detailed description of the service development plans in section 6. The core difference between the OmniStore and similar projects is a high level of security and the fact that OmniStore.Wallet is a working solution, not «mvp», «alpha» or «demo». The OmniStore services infrastructure will be supported by PoS/MasternNode OMNS coin that is designed as a high-profitable asset. Read more about the OMNS coin in section 3. 3

OmniStore.Wallet goals and features As it was mentioned in the abstract, the MN coins expansion was growing very fast in According to the statistics of the most popular MN listing website, for the middle of October, 2018: MasterNode coins: 507, Active MasterNodes: 249,250, The total capitalization of MasterNode coins: $2,536,658,903 / 402,311 BTC and it is growing daily. Daily trading volume: $1,009,611,585 / 159,726 BTC In 2019 the list of MN coins will probably reach and experienced active MN investors will run 20+ MN coins «cold» wallets installed on the same local machine. The «buy-and-hold» investors will have to deal with 50+ «cold» wallets installed which makes coins management very unconvenient. Local «cold» wallets have a variety of advantages, but also several serious limitations such as: risks of loss or damage of the PC hardware or common steal; hardware failure or power cut; potential vulnerabilities concerned with remote access to the machine. The main goal of OmniStore.Wallet creation was making a tool that is able to avoid these limitations. The OmniStore.Wallet is the first product of the OmniStore project. It is a secure multicurrency online wallet initially designed for MasterNode coins. Currently it is a 100% working solution that has already started gaining users. The marketing research held in 2018, June-September showed that currently there is a market gap concerning secure online wallets designed for MasterNode coins at the market. The main advantages of the OmniStore.Wallet are: the first and only online wallet designed initially for PoS/MasterNode coins with relevant interface and functionality; access all user s assets from anywhere, anytime; absence of risks concerning the physical condition of the machine with «cold» wallets installed (hardware failure, power cut, damage or loss); working with multiple coins within the same interface; security: two-factor authentication of the log in process and withdrawal confirmation for amounts exceeding the limits set by the user; 4

5 security: users of the Omni.Store Wallet are able to export their private keys and get access to their funds even if the entire service goes down (read more at section 5.2, «The security aspects of OmniStore.Wallet»). 5

6 2. Existing solutions. Competitors analysis The marketing research was started from the direct competitors, the multicurrency online wallets for PoS/MasterNode coins. No working solutions were found. The existing online multicurrency wallets don t support any of the PoS/MasterNode coins except DASH. Hence, the competitor analysis is being presented for the whole OmniStore service, not only the OmniStore.Wallet. For your convenience, the main existing MN services are summarized in the following table, and comparison is given in table 1. 6

8 3. The OMNS coin 3.1. The OMNS coin concept OMNS coin is a PoS/MasterNode coin, created as the exclusive means of payment in the OmniStore infrastructure, like Ethereum for smart contracts. The OMNS blockchain is supported by the MasterNode network. Any OMNS MasterNode holder will receive passive income from MN s work with OMNS coins according to the MasterNode rewards policy. Most MN coins declare artificially high ROI s (above thousands percent) measured in their own coins. That is obviously nonsense, because you make your investments in BTC, ETH or other highly liquid coin, and should measure you return on investment in the same coin - BTC, ETH or other, but never in MN coins which exchange rate usually gets dumped the day coin is listed on exchange. So, masternode coin with 2000% ROI and node price on ICO of 4000 USD after the dump in the first hours on exchange can show extremely low ROI in original investment currency, and the node will virtually even never pay off. Also, high ROI without any real coin consumption usually leads to hyperinflation and coin price deprecation. The OMNS coin is designed to avoid these flaws. Initially moderate and decreasing block rewards measured in OMNS along with mechanism of constant coin consumption guarantees the demand of the coin being always higher than the offer, leading to absence of the coin deprecation, hence the higher ROI measured in investment currency. The OMNS coin is designed to be a high value asset to increase the demand, that's why the masternode collateral is set to 1 OMNS coin, and max supply is limited to 4500 OMNS coins. All OmniStore main services, including the OmniStore.Wallet will be exclusively paid by OMNS coins only. The coin can be bought at exchanges, inside the OmniStore service or directly from the MN holders. The OMNS exchange rate will be prevented from inflation and depreciation by: the constant growing coin demand by new OmniStore users; launching new OmniStore services; OMNS MasterNode rewards distribution policy; the OMNS coins accepted as service fees will be burned. 11 4. The service's economy 4.1. Business model. Prices and fees The OmniStore.Wallet service is free forever, but it has several limitations, which are described in the table below. If the user whos pricing plan has been turned to «FREE» saves his private key to the local machine, he will be able to make any operations with his wallet, but only from a local machine, not from the OmniStore.Wallet until he updates his pricing plan to Premium. Staking within the online wallets could be done only on VIP plan. All other OmniStore services will also be exclusively paid by OMNS coins only. 14 5. OmniStore.Wallet the online multicurrency wallet 5.1. General description OmniStore.Wallet is a secure multicurrency online wallet initially designed for MN coins. It is launched and ready to use from the whole project start. The list of coins currently supported by the OmniStore.Wallet is available on the OmniStore website. Further on the team will add new coins according to users voting, coins devs claims and at the team s discretion. In order to use our wallet a user should create an account on OmniStore. After creating an account the OmniStore.Wallet is available with Premium account. After 30 day the plan automatically changes to a Free plan where 7 free coins available. All coins except these 7 mentioned are free to send to any other wallet, but only all the amount for each currency. OmniStore.Wallet allows user to: receive and send coins; view your transaction history; export your private keys to other services; participate in an affiliate campaign in order to earn OMNS or BTC. For those who want more security and privacy, it's scheduled to make a VIP pricing plan. It includes storing "wallet.dat" files at personal VPS for keeping your funds outside of the main OmniStore.Wallet servers. Your personal VPS will be secured with a password known only by you, OmniStore won't save in in any form and will provide only comfortable graphical user's interface looking the same as the OmniSwore.Wallet one. 16

17 6. The future development plans of the OmniStore services A detailed overview of the services features according to the roadmap will include the services listed below. OmniStore.Wallet advanced features Secured wallets with user-side transaction signing so that the private keys are stored only on the user's device; Highly secure accounts with individual VPS for each user s account. Adding the individual VPS option to the wallet functionality will make it the most secure online wallet in the web, even more secure than blockchain.com! Bitcoin wallets support will be added as soon as the VPS functionality is implemented. OmniStore.Bazaar service OmniStore.Bazaar (OmniBazaar, or just Bazaar) will be the second launched service after the OmniStore.Wallet. It is designed as a p2p marketplace for any listed in the OmniStore.Wallet PoS&PoW coins. Users will have an ability to instantly swap their coins directly to each other, keeping away from centralised intermediaries, using Bazaar as a marketplace and escrow service.
