1 GAME ZONE COMPANY PROFILE Game Zone is a partnership concern registered under The Partnership Act, 1932 by Mr. X and Mr. Y. as partners in the concern. The Company was registered in January, 2011 as an entertainment service provider to give the youth the ultimate gaming experience. The company is established in Bangalore one of the fastest growing cities. The youth is attracted by the gaming industry. There are several gamers who don t get the opportunity to a wide variety of games released. The youth today wants something exciting where they can relax their mind and entertain themselves away from their busy schedule. It is a venture targeting not only the youth but people of all ages from years of age. The concept of such an arena is to provide the entertainment of gaming experience under one roof. Its main aim is to give the ultimate experience of entertainment to people who visit us. We also keep in mind the love for foods among youth and families. We have a small café providing with Italian, Mexican, and Chinese cuisine along with ice creams and coffee which we are outsourcing to Poly-Nation the food chain. It is outsourced on a rental agreement. INDUSTRY PROFILE Currently the Indian Gaming Industry is worth Rs.270 Cr and by the end of 2012 it is estimated to touch Rs.1400 Cr. This confirms the fact that the Indian gaming industry is poised at the helm of the biggest revolution in recent times. The gaming industry worldwide is a huge market with lots of challenges and compensation involved, and it can be no different in India. Recreation is currently one of the most exciting sectors in India. The industry is still at an early stage of development.
