1 WHAT IS BALTIC CONFERENCE AND WHAT DO WE MEAN BY TIME 2.0? The Baltic Moreno Days is an international practical psychodrama conference organized every second year in different Baltic countries Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania. It began in 2000, in 2018 we are meeting for the 10th time, so this is a Jubilee Conference as well! The main objectives of the conference are to share experience, knowledge, new psychodrama methods and to promote the use of psychodrama. Baltic Moreno Days is a place where psychodrama professionals from the Baltic countries, as well as from other countries all over the world can get together, communicate and share their discoveries. It is also a great opportunity for people willing to learn more about psychodrama and its applications. Dr. J.L. Moreno, the founder of psychodrama, stated psychodrama s goal: to make it possible for every person to take part in creating the structure of the universe which cannot have less an objective than the whole of mankind. Baltic Moreno days is the space and the time, when experienced psychodramatists, psychodrama beginners and people, who are interested in psychodrama, have the opportunity to take part in reaching this goal by exchanging experience or just by being together. The 1st Baltic Moreno Days were held under the theme of "Time" in Pärnu, Estonia in year So it was decided that the Baltic Moreno Days 2018 will bear the title of "Time 2.0" Current theme was inspired by following thoughts: In psychodrama we deal with time: the past, the present and the future. We take action in the present to influence the past and the future The understanding of Time has changed a lot. The speed of the information, globalization have changed our perception, but our knowledge has also grown e.g. the observation of gravitational waves It is a good time to re-evaluate, re-discover, re-establish our relationship with/to the Time, so the theme comes back to the BMD in Tallinn. We hope that you'll feel inspired, too!

3 INTRODUCTIONS TO THE PRE-CONFERENCE PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP NO 1 with René Marineau "My life s line as it relates to my everyday experience" This experiential workshop will allow participants to construct their life s line, to centre on critical founding moments or situation, to explore them, to link them to their actual daily experiences. From there, integration and changes become possible. The techniques and strategies to be used will include representation of each participant life s line, clinical Playback, psychodrama and sharing in the group. In addition, there will be time for discussion, including theoretical foundations and practical use of material drawn from life s line. René F. Marineau is a clinical psychologist (Ph. D.), psychodramatist and sociodramatist (PEF/TEF). He is full professor at the University du Québac, director of the International Centre for Expressive Therapy and author of a biography on J. L. Moreno. PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP NO 2 with Anna Chesner "Creative Supervision and Reflective Practice: Sustaining ourselves over Time" This workshop is open to supervisors and supervisees, trainers, practitioners and trainees. We can all benefit by thinking creatively about our practice and about what it is we are doing when we supervise and are being supervised. Anna Chesner has been running a cross-professional Creative Supervision Diploma course in London for a number of years. She co-edited Creative Supervision Across Modalities (JKP 2014) which brings together the key ideas of this training. In this workshop she will share in action some of the underpinning theory and creative structures that form the backbone of this training. PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP NO 3 with Monica Zuretti and Børge Kristoffersen "Time and Sociopsychodrama" Moreno describes Psychodrama as the therapy that works with the three dimensions of space and the fourth, time. Now with the evolution of quantum physics and the possibility of more dimensions does the Sociopsychodrama stage allows us to explore different dimensions hidden in the different aspects of time and space? Space is known to have memory; can we search its different expressions and connections with time? Is it possible in Sociopsychodrama to heal a memory, a symptom? Can we look into the past and change the present? How can we prepare for a better future? In this workshop we will examine our experiences in action, creating the scenes about questions: - What did Moreno say about time? - What does time mean for you? - What do you need to heal from the past to improve the future?
