4 100 GENERAL 110 Intrductin The SMTBM single axis mdule is designed fr the SMTBSI and SMTBD Series amplifier fitted with the braking regulatr ptin ("d" r "dp") integrated in the amplifier Maximum current capabilities is 20 Arms with 60 Arms peak (5% duty cycle) 120 Special features Back Panel munting Fan and heatsink cling Standard shunt regulatr depending n amplifier utput ( W) Easy amplifier plug-in cnnectins Three r single phase auttransfrmer Can perate with aut-transfrmer Direct line input cnnectin (with line filter) 200 SPECIFICATIONS 210 Technical specificatins fr SMTBM Mdule The SMTBM Mdule is designed fr the SMTBSI r SMTBD Brushless amplifier fitted with the ptinal shunt regulatr ("dp") munted in the amplifier The mdule incrprates a DC bus pwer supply capable f driving a mtr with an utput f 20 Arms cntinuus and 60 Arms peak maximum (5% duty cycle) A three phase islatin transfrmer r an aut-transfrmer is required t pwer the unit Direct cnnectin t the main 220 VAC line is pssible (10Arms r less) when using the apprpriate line filter The shunt resistr needs t be munted utside the unit in an area prtected against any physical cntact and if pssible near a cling fan The single-axis rack husing MUST BE GROUNDED in rder t ensure physical prtectin in case f insulatin failures t the mains INFRANOR will withdraw any warranty n all material which des nt meet this requirement Rated input vltage 3Ø 220VAC +10% -15% Rated auxiliary input vltage 1Ø 220VAC +10% -15% Maximum cntinuus utput current 20ARMS Maximum peak utput current 60ARMS (5% duty cycle) 4

6 The shunt resistr is delivered with the amplifier and must be cnnected t the 2 pint cnnectin munted n the side f the amplifier (ptin "dp") The resistr is munted inside a prtective husing t avid electrical shcks (see chapter 430 fr dimensins) 211 Standard cmpatibility The SMTBSI and SMTBD series amplifiers perating in the SMTBM-20A single-axis rack, which is equipped with the mains filter BF 35, have been apprved fr their cnfrmity with the Electrmagnetic Cmpatibility standards: EN 55011, Grup 1, Class A (cnducted and radiated radielectric disturbances) IEC (nise immunity) Results and test cnditins f the LCIE (Labratries Central des Industries Electriques), which is apprved by the Eurpean Cmmunity, are referenced with n , , , and Results f the tests made accrding t the Lw Vltage directive is referenced in the LCIE reprt n Standard t be applied t the electrical equipment s f industrial machines: EN "CE" Marking CE recgnitin marking has been affixed since
