Nordeon was founded in October 2012 with the acquisition of the Philips development and manufacturing facility in Springe, Germany and expanded in December 2012 by the acquisition of the Philips production site for fluorescent lamps in Chalon sur Saône and Dijon, France. We combine the experience of professional engineering of LED luminaires with the speed and flexibility of a newcomer. We have one of the largest LED manufacturing facilities in Europe, with latest industrial equipment and lean production processes. Baldur - developed by the inventors of the light line system Since 1974 high quality light line systems are developed and produced very successfully in Springe, Germany. It started with AEG branded Gealux, world s first light line system. The Gealux was succeeded by a second generation light line system that was developed during the Philips ownership and is currently one of the most widely sold light line systems ever. 8 Skadi Skadi for bright accent lighting - LED spot designed for Baldur system Skadi LED spot for Baldur - range overview The arrow of Skadi, the bow hunting goddess in Nordic mythology hits the target like the light beam of our spot hits the goods in the shelves. 14 Thanks to a consistent stylish design with minimized dimensions Skadi spots match perfectly with the Baldur system. Skadi provides innovative LED accent lighting at highest optical performance. It comes with a selection of three light beams between 12 and 36 degrees and up to 3000 lm light flux, certainly pure passive cooling and appropriate color rendering, up to CRI 90. DALI dimming is foreseen. The color of the housing is available in three colors white (RAL9016), silver (RAL9006) and black (RAL9005). 15 Skadi units with the choice of one or two preinstalled spots are available for the Baldur system. These units have a length of 560mm and contain the needed LED spot drivers. The Skadi spot unit can easily be clicked into the Baldur trunking system, at 280mm distance intervals. This instantly makes the LED drivers invisible, showing the elegant fit between the Skadi spots and the Baldur system.
