Call to Order & Opening Remarks The meeting was opened on March 0 by the Chair, Dr. Edward Tiedemann (Qualcomm) and began at :am local Busan time. Participants were reminded that attendance is taken electronically (tsgac.gpp.net) and asked to sign in accordingly.. The call will be informal discussion which is open to all TSG C/TSG AC participants. Most likely, this call will be scheduled for early in January 0. The proposed WI (C00 0 0) will be CARRIED FORWARD to the next meeting pending the outcome of the discussions with CTIA. Contributions may be submitted to TSG C/TSG AC WG to begin technical deliberations. WG will take the lead in these discussions. This does not preclude discussions in other WGs. WG may also ask other WGs to handle various aspects of this discussion. During discussions it was noted: Any document that results from the study will likely be a technical report which may or may not be published o Joint studies typically wind up in an S.R designated document and are developed during joint sessions of the TSGs; however, it s too early in the process to decide at this point. The TSG SX working group that will be responsible for the development work has yet to be identified. As this is a contribution driven process, participants were encouraged to submit contributions on the topic.
