DISC TOP ARM MOUNTING A one-piece, extruded arm with internal bolt tracks offers easy mounting. Arm is compatible with all fixture mounting configurations. In addition, a variety of choices are available with the expanded Hilton Series to help you meet your lighting needs perfectly: Three Housing Sizes Arm or Mounting Nine High-Performance Reflector Systems Flat and Contoured Lens Configurations Assortment of Finishes and Color Decals POLE-TOP MOUNTING The cast aluminum mounting hub conceals the wiring compartment and mounts directly to LSI s unique pole-top mounting plate via a high-strength, grade five steel bolt with nylon insert and split-lock washer for double locking. The fixture is pre-wired for ease of installation. Support arms consist of four 11/16 O.D. aluminum rods.

7 HOUSING HILTON LARGE: The Hilton Large features a one-piece, spun aluminum housing with a cast aluminum door. Four stainless steel, captive door fasteners provide secure closure and allow for easy bottom access with no loose hardware. : Designed around a 1000 Watt Metal Halide Reduced Envelope lamp, the s smaller, more compact housing results in reduced windloads for lower EPAs. Existing poles can be used for retrofitting, while lighter-gauge, less expensive poles can be used for new construction. SMALL: Available up to 320 watts, the Small s smaller, more compact housing (only 20 in diameter) results in reduced windloads for lower EPAs. Available in dome and disc top styles. LIGHT SOURCES Clear lamps are supplied as standard. Pulse-Start Metal Halide, Super Metal Halide, Metal Halide, Metal Halide Reduced Envelope and High Pressure Sodium lamps are available to meet your lighting needs. (See Ordering Chart for available lamp/housing combinations) REFLECTORS/DISTRIBUTION PATTERNS Nine high-performance, high-tech reflector systems are available. The and Hilton Large reflectors are field rotatable for flexible, uniform light distribution. Choose from Type II, Type III, Type FA, Type FP, Type FT, Type FR, Type V, and ART (Advanced Reflector Technology) Type AFT and Type AI. (See Ordering Chart for available reflector/lens combinations) LENSES The Hilton Series offers flat lenses for sharp cutoff lighting, and contoured lenses when broad lighting coverage is preferred. All flat and contoured lenses are sealed to the cast aluminum lens frame (Large) or into the bottom of the top-access housing ( and Small) with continuous EDPM gasketing to prevent entry of insects, dust and moisture. FINISH COLORS & ACCENT STRIPING Each Hilton fixture is finished with DuraGrip, LSI s baked-on, polyester-powder coat finishing process. LSI s DuraGrip finish withstands weather changes without cracking or peeling, and is guaranteed for 5 full years.
