1 EZIS - EXTREMELY SUPPLE AD LIGHT I APPEARACE Extremely supple The new EZIS LV track can be shaped on site to extremely tight bends of as little as 52 mm radius. This ability allows EZIS to hug the geometry of ceilings, walls and furnishings in order to make corner connectors dispensable. Easy on more than your wallet EZIS requires fewer hangers, fewer attachment points, no unnecessary ceiling supports and no corner connectors, reducing not only your planning costs but also your installation costs by up to 50%. So EZIS is easy on your nerves as well as your wallet. Light in appearance The high inherent rigidity of the EZIS track reduces the required number of hangers to a minimum. The new Delta hanger also allows accurate track guidance with fewer ceiling suspension points. As a result, the EZIS track is always light in appearance to keep the focus firmly on your architecture. MALO CLASSIC The MALO and CLASSIC system luminaires with the built-in system adapter have been specially developed for EZIS and can be mounted directly onto the EZIS track. That saves both time and money. Or is it versatility you want? If you do, the EZIS plug-in adapter will open the door to the world of uni-lights. Simply fit the adapter onto the EZIS track and screw your desired uni-light into the adapter. You will find our uni-lights in the section of the same name. 7 EZIS 1-CIRCUIT TRACK The EZIS track consists of a silver-coloured plastic section with two embedded flat copper braids each with a cross-section of 5.5 mm 2. This allows a load of 1 x 25 A (300 VA) with a 12 V supply. The track can be bent to shape on site. The minimum radius is 50 mm. 8 PLAIG GUIDE Track lengths - Cutting to length Bendability The EZIS track is supplied in standard lengths of 1830 and 3660 mm. on-standard lengths on application. The TRACK is designed to carry a 300 VA circuit. It can be cut to length on site with the shears. The track can be bent to shape on site - no tools are required. The smallest bending radius is 52 mm. Cable suspension CABLE SUSPESIOS can be shortened on site. They are used to overcome major differences in height and can be fitted to sloping ceilings. Ceiling support layout Mountings You should allow one support every 700 to 900 mm on straight track runs. Curved track runs require additional supports at changes of direction. Power feed Ceiling power feed POWER FEED supplies the system from an external transformer in conjunction with feeder cable.
