34 PRODUCTION PROCESS Photographer approaches client with concept Clarification of open questions (requirements, model, time frame etc.) Client books package and receives an invoice for a 50% downpayment (PayPal or international bank transfer) to confirm the booking Client sends product to photographer (Germany) Photographer plans, books and executes photo production Photographer creates an image preselection with basic corrections and send files to client via PICDROP.DE for image selection (flag system). After client has selected images, the photographer starts the editing and retouch process. When the images are ready for delivery, the photographer sends these to the client via PICDROP.DE for image proofing. When the client has approved images for delivery the photographer sends the final invoice to the client. As all payments are settled the photographer delivers the images through picdrop (or e.g. dropbox / WETRANSFER) On completion of the project the photographer encourages feedback to keep each other happy and build a long term business relationship!
