1 Professional Decorating Consultations By... In-Home Consultations... Decorating a home is more than making it look pleasing to the eye. At A&W Furniture & Accents we will help you create a setting that is functional, comfortable, personal and aesthetically pleasing. During your Decorating Consultation our decorators will help you: Create an atmosphere that is stunning as well as livable. Provide solutions for decorating problem areas. Help you achieve your decorating goals while staying within your budget. Coordinate furnishings & accents to fit your lifestyle. Use professional planning to avoid surprises. Our consultants will listen to your ideas and work with your personal vision to create an environment that is distinctly yours. Professional Results... Decorating for your Business We can create an environment for your business, restaurant or office that is inviting, updated and professional. Give your business site that much needed attention. From lobbies to office space, let us create a refreshing new look for your work environment. Holiday decorating is available as well. Floral Assistance... We have a professional floral designer on staff at A&W. Have something unique created to compliment your décor! This service is complimentary when purchasing floral items from our store. Consultation Setup... OPTION 1: An appointment is set up with one of our decorators for an In-Store Consultation. Clients come to our store with room dimensions, photos of room(s),swatches of existing furniture, carpet, tile, paint colors, etc. Consultation will involve a concentrated 1-2 hr session devoted to room layout plans, color schemes, furniture selections, accents, etc. This option is complimentary. OPTION 2: An appointment is set up with one of our decorators for an In-Home Consultation. A decorator will then go to the client s home & gather info for a complete consultation as described in Option I. The charges for this option are as follows: $250 Rate: Includes 1 Hr consultation for clients living in a 0-60 mile radius. $350 Rate: Includes 1 Hr consultation for clients living in a mile radius. $450 Rate: Includes 1 Hr consultation for clients living in a mile radius. All but $50 of the above rates may be used towards future purchases of $2500+ at A&W if used within 6 months of consultation. Consultation is applicable for up to 2 rooms & includes up to a 2 hr appt. with your consultant at the store. An additional fee of $50 per hour is charged if you request your consultant to return to place furniture and/or accessories. This placement fee is non-refundable and the fee is also charged for drive time. The Next Step Your decision to work with a consultant is important. 5 A&W Furniture and Accents Contract for In Home Decorating Consultation Please check the following services client would like provided: In Home Decorating Consultation $250 Base Rate (Includes 1 hour of consulting for customers living in a 0-60 mile radius of Redwood Falls) In Home Decorating Consultation $350 Base Rate (Includes 1 hour of consulting for customers living in a mile radius of Redwood Falls) In Home Decorating Consultation $450 Base Rate (Includes 1 hour of consulting for customers living in a mile radius of Redwood Falls) Client s Project Room All but $50 of the above Base Rates may be used against a future sale of $2500+ made within 6 months of consultation. $50 of the base rate is non-refundable regardless of sale amount. If, after 6 months a purchase of $2500 or more is not made the entire consultation rate becomes non-refundable. Base Rate is due on the day of consultation Client s hour starts when consultant enters the home Driving and research time is included with the hourly rate at no extra charge Please be aware that projects vary in length of time and depth. If you have a budget please inform your consultant. This rate applies for up to 2 rooms. Each additional room will incur a $50 fee. $50 per hour placement fee. An additional fee of $50 per hour is charged if you request your consultant to return to your home after consultation and sale to place furniture and/or accessories. This is non-refundable and the fee is also charged for drive time. $20 per hour warehouse/delivery assistance fee. An additional fee of $20 per hour is charged if you require delivery of accessories, pictures, lamps and mirrors and one A&W Delivery Staffer accompanies your consultant during placement of merchandise. This is non-refundable and the fee is also charged for drive time. This is above and beyond any delivery fees you incur to deliver furniture items as a result of consultation. $20 additional room fee. An additional fee of $20 per room is charged for any room design beyond the 1-2 rooms covered in the above base rate. I have read and understand the above contract. I agree to the terms and charges.
