Stock supported yarns are available in the colours shown on the colourcards in a minimum of one full cone, 2 lbs (1 Kg) per colour. For any single purchase order quantity below 500 lbs (228 kgs) the sample yarn price will be applied. All yarns are subject to (+/-) 2% moisture regain allowance in weight. For any shipment quantity below 1000 lbs (454 kgs) HK$ will be charged to the customers account. In addition, any sample yarn shipment less than 60 lbs (28 kgs) will incur a courier charge. For any shipment quantity above 1000 lbs (454 kgs), local (Hong Kong) delivery will be free of charge (port charges will be at customer's account; CIF to be confirmed). We will deliver the goods to the customer's designated location. If the responsible party at the location refuses (or is not available) to accept the goods, we will charge HK$ for each additional delivery. For warehouse fees, HK$ plus HK$10.00 per carton will be charged for each additional night. Each order can be amended or cancelled within the same working day at no charge. For any amendment or cancellation within 2 days, 10% service charge will be incurred. The above prices are for reference only, and are subject to our final confirmation. Fibre Content (AATCC 20A-2000): Products are labelled according to AATCC 20A-2000 method, where two or more fibres are in the product, a tolerance of (+/-) 3% is allowed. UPW has no liabilities on any quality issues which arise by improper use or further chemical treatments (such as acidic wash, dyeing, anti-shrinkage including SIMPL-X) or special finishing (such as over-wash) of UPW's yarns. Due to the nature of fancy twisting there may be a greater difference in lot shading. Please ensure that you use cones from the same lot in each garment. As with all fancy yarns, it is recommended to knit using more than one feeder, to reduce the possibility of colour phasing. Yarn should be knitted directly from the cone supplied. Do not rewind before knitting as this may affect appearance and performance.
