6 Supplies: Fabric: OESD Fuse and Fleece Stabilizer Designs 1-10: OESD Ultra Clean and Tear Stabilizer Fabric 1-2" x 4" 5" square batting Fabric 2-2" x 4" Fabric 3-3" x 4" Fabric 4-2" x 4" Fabric 5-3" x 4" Fabric 6-3" x 4" Fabric 7-3" x 4" Say It Simple Coasters Instructions Designs 11-18: Fabric 1-3" x 4" Fabric 2-3" x 4" Fabric 3-3" x 4" Fabric 4-3" x 4" Fabric 5-3" x 5" Fabric 6-3" x 5" Designs 19 & 20: Fabric 1-4" x 8" Fabric 2-3" x 5" Fabric 3-3" x 5" Step One: Create the Coaster Front Thread the embroidery machine with OESD Bobbin thread in the bobbin and desired Isacord thread in the needle. Select design Coaster Honor. Hoop a piece of OESD Ultra Clean and Tear and OESD Fuse and Fleece with Fuse and Fleece on top, fusible side up. PHOTO 1 Stitch Color Change 1 Batting Placement Stitch. PHOTO 2 Remove the hoop from the machine, but do not remove the project from the hoop. Place Batting onto the OESD Fuse and Fleece over the placement line. Using an appliqué iron, press the batting to the OESD Fuse and Fleece. (Keep project in the hoop). Return the hoop to the machine and stitch Color Change 2 Design Placement Guide. Follow thread chart for lettering colors. Coasters have fewer pieces. Follow the same basic instructions as above, noting there will be fewer placements and tackdowns. See thread chart for details. Step Two: Create the Coaster Back Fabric: Fabric 1-7" x 7" Fabric 2-7" x 7" Press Fabric 1 and Fabric 2 in half, WRONG sides together. Place the fold of one piece over the lower placement line. Place the fold of the second piece along the upper placement line overlapping the first piece. PHOTO 36 Stitch Color Change 17 Seam Stitch. PHOTO 37 Remove the project from the hoop and trim all layers to ¼" from the seam line PHOTO 38. Clip corners. PHOTO 39 Turn the project right side out through the back opening.
