Pay attention to the block orientations.) Sew (4) 9 ½ x 4 Fabric strips and (3) Block One rectangles together lengthwise and alternating them to make Row One. Repeat to make Rows Three and Five. Sew (4) Block One rectangles and (3) 9 ½ x 4 Fabric strips together lengthwise and alternating them to make Row Two. Repeat to make Row Four. 4 5. Sew () 2 ½ x 68 Fabric strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew () 4 ¼ x 67 ½ Fabric strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block to make the quilt top. Finishing the Quilt 6. Layer and quilt as desired. 7. Sew the (8) Fabric C binding strips together, end to end with a 45-degree seams, to make the binding.
