Advisers delivers a broad service portfolio ranging from mergers & acquisitions (M&A) to private placements, turnaround & restructuring, IPOs, financial & corporate strategy and strategic venturing. Advisers has a pre-eminent team of investment bankers and management consultants with a wealth of experience in differing industry sectors including TMT, Retail & Consumer Goods, Real Estate, Construction, Oil & Gas, Transportation, Healthcare and Financial Services. Advisers can conduct listings and has capabilities in a number of global and international stock markets. can also conduct IPOs in Hong Kong through its affiliated firm Gram Capital Limited (a SFC regulated Sponsor in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange). Advisers is regulated and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and in addition to its Investment Banking services, it has also a strong pre-venture Capital arm. has offices in Europe, the US and Asia.
