1 Dan Bucșa Chief CEE Economist UniCredit Bank AG Dan Bucșa is Chief CEE Economist at UniCredit Bank AG in London. He joined the bank in September 2012, transferring from UniCredit Bank Romania where he was the chief economist. Before joining the private sector, Dan taught at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and worked in the Macroeconomic Modelling and Forecasting Department of the National Bank of Romania, where he was involved in developing the forecasting framework used in inflation targeting. Dan holds a PhD in Macroeconomics and an MSc in Finance from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. Her particular areas of focus include sovereign debt restructuring, corporate and household insolvency, and the IMF's lending policies. Prior to work at the IMF, Ms. DeLong worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. She has a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. in Russian Literature from Princeton University.

Florian Klimscha Partner, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Florian Klimscha specialises in banking law, debt financing transactions and corporate restructurings. He advises lenders and borrowers with respect to all types of financing transactions. Florian also has a strong knowledge and track-record in corporate restructuring as well as the sale and purchase of NPLs. His regulatory background and deep knowledge of banking operations add significant value for clients in transactions. Valentin Lazea Chief Economist, National Bank of Romania Valentin Lazea is Chief Economist at the National Bank of Romania, advising the Governor on macroeconomic issues. His working experience includes teaching at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, as well as seminars throughout the country within the program Open Gates Day sponsored by the National Bank. He has been an active promoter of (and contributor to) the youth-oriented quarterly magazine Financial Education for Everyone s Understanding. Bravo Europa is specialized in production and distribution of metal roofing and cladding products. The group generated in 2017 a consolidated turnover of 40 mil euro. Before starting Bravo Europa business, Adrian was the CEO of Den Braven Romania and Bulgaria being the youngest manager in the Den Braven group, 24 years old when appointed. Adrian graduated ASE Bucharest and is currently involved into an MBA program performed by Sheffield University. Claudiu Negrisan Group CFO, ABBC Group BV Claudiu currently serves as Group CFO for ABBC Group BV, a Netherlands-based group of companies with a global presence, founded by a Romanian entrepreneurial family and holding various businesses interests in the energy and metallurgical industries. Starting with 2003, Claudiu has been involved in numerous investment and restructuring advisory projects, as well as turnaround management roles, for various companies across a broad range of industries.
