While attending the University of Alabama on a football scholarship, he played under the legendary Coach Paul "Bear" Bryant. From Coach Bryant, Mitchell gained the integrity and competitiveness that he continues to draw upon, even today. Mitchell also excelled in Judo earning 7 gold, 3 silver and 5 bronze medals from various national championships and went on to lead the U.S. Olympic Judo Team as Captain in the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles, California. Mitchell serves as an Elder at Generations Christian Church. He enjoys sports, Civil War history and spending time with his wife, Becky and their two children, Derek and Carly. 10 Page

Crumbley graduated from the University of Alabama in 1979 with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Business Administration/Marketing. While attending the University of Alabama on a football scholarship, he played under the leadership of Coach Paul "Bear" Bryant. Allen considers himself very fortunate to have been "1st Team Status" on the 1978 National Championship Football Team. To this day, Allen draws on the lessons taught by Coach "Bear" Bryant. Crumbley is also active in his church where he has chaired two of the three capital campaigns and has been a Youth and Adult Sunday School teacher for 30 years. Crumbley has also been active in coaching girls basketball and soccer. He enjoys spending time with his wife Alison, and 3 daughters, Alana, Leigha and Olivia. 11 Page
