Hello and welcome to the walkthrough for Bruni Multimedia s General Practitioner V.0.0.4b (Fast Fix) This is a guide provided by Sural Argonus, aka The Monkey. If you picked it up somewhere other than f95zone fine whatever. I will HUNT YOU DOWN Anyway. Bruni Multimedia can be found on Patreon. He s a pretty cool guy. Back him if you haven t already. I suppose I should just get onto the walkthrough, shouldn t I? That s what you came here for, huh? Fine. General Practitioner is not your normal H-Game. It is the story of a doctor who gets a job at a small clinic. He runs the place. I am going to start this guide off as you start the game. When I get to choices I will explain things as you see them. First off you get to pick your name. Simple stuff. Then you choose if you have a sister or cousin. This essentially determines if you want blood incest or cousin incest later in the game. You choose her name and her daughter s name. At this point (and probably at no point will there be any loli content in the game) Next you choose Divorced or Single. At this point I am not sure what this does other than chance some dialog. Next explains the difference between Story, Vanilla and Exam. Story Mode is full Experience, Vanilla Mode is story without sex content and Examination Mode is well, Exams only. (on screen is more detail) Story is probably what you want anyway After this takes you to your apartment to start your first day. You really don t get full control yet. Just go along for the ride. Now you get to see the morning interface. This is what you see every morning. The first time has the least amount of options. You get more later.
OK. What you need to know here is that nothing is really fully enabled yet as far as I know on the Statistics. BUT it is still good to work on them. Knowledge (Increased via Study) is supposed to help with exams. Charm is supposed to help with flirting and dialogs with people and patients. Clinic Fame is supposed to help with income. Energy is for how much work you can do in a week Day Planner Work: Pretty self explanatory. GO to work. Make money, perform the exams on patients. Relax: Regain Energy Hang Out: Seems to be the same as relax, but probably not fully implemented. Probably for going on dates later. Study: Increase Knowledge Explore City: Keep doing this to find other locations. Last one is massage parlor, then you can t explore city anymore Money: Used for Gym, Pool, and Massage Parlor for now. In the future will be used for other things including employees (Coming in.0.0.5) First things first.choose Work, Work, and either Explore City or Study I usually explore to get all the locations found asap. The locations are Bar, Gym, Pool, Massage Parlor. There will also be Fly to the Moon I am not sure exactly what it does, but it seems to be another Relax Monday May 1 st.
Day Planning: Choose Work, Work and Study Bus Stop: Talking to the Unknown guy, respond with Yeah, I m the Chief of Staff At the Clinic: Talking to the nurse, respond with her first name. Read all her info (if you want) Helps with getting to know the game. First exam. Rita. Nice choice of clothing : Seems to be a friendly option. Beautiful as you are : seems to be the flirting option. *Don t say anything* just starts the exam. Correct exam questions Any present or past illnesses I should be aware of? Flirting: asking about smoking and drinking, you can ask her out. After getting her on the table: Your Back +3 points Abdomen +2 points Skin +1 point Doing this, you should discover she has some problems with her back and no prescriptions at the moment. She can go home, and tell the nurse to make an appt. with the physiatrist to check her back. Next patient is Clara Porter She is a tough cookie. She comes to you for a second opinion. You can get her. Follow this exactly or she leaves. Why should I have a problem *Don t say anything* How old are you Probably a nurse asked you Any present or past illnesses Are you taking medications She will strip fully naked if you choose. You can do so if you want At least get her stripped to check her skin, so you can be able to check her temperature. Nicely shaped body gets a good response from her. No, not at all gets a good response from her. The actual Exam: Correct path:
Skin (tell her skin is dry and recommend a cream, gets a good response) Ears (Just go straight for the ear exam) Legs (Strong legs gets the good response) She has Labyrinthitis. Paracetamol and suspend the other drugs. She can go home, no need for anything else. Next exam isn t for a few days. Work on knowledge and explore city Friday May 5 th Paul Biagetti, 10 year old Dog Bite. The trick here is to calm the hot mom down. Questions are important. When I saw you ma am, I thought you were this boy s sister! Tell her she looks 26. Questions to Paul How are you feeling? Good Past/present illnesses? Good Medications? Good Start exam. Ask him to take shirt off Rest of clothes not necessary to remove. Extremities: Hands then end Skin: Take Temp Ears/Nose/Throat: N/A but no points given (Abdomen gives -1) Animal bites on forearm (duh) Antibiotics and analgesic cream Go home, refer to general surgeon if wound opens up Next exam isn t for a bit so again, work on stats (If you ve been exploring city, you might have access to Gym and/or pool, utilize them at night, or even rest) On Sundays you have the option to go to Church to start a non-implemented quest with Father Torque. I would ignore it for now. You can also use this time to work more on stats or rest. Sundays are your only day off.
On Monday May 8th you get a call from your Sister (or Cousin depending on your choice) She s coming to visit for a bit. Once you find Rose of Norah, you can call the hooker. You can work on the hidden stat Sexperience Your sister arrives May 10 th. Hug your sister/cousin: No incest Kiss your sister/cousin: Incest You can choose to be flirty with Sister/Cousin here. Also peep on them in the shower. You don t see anything but your sister/cousin in her underwear, and the 11 year old girl s leg. DO NOT keep watching. Stand up. May 11 th. Day Planning. While Sister/Cousin is visiting, maximize Family time as much as you can. You might also get Anne Richard s exam. She comes into the clinic and cries for help then collapses. Ask her when the problem began, ask her if she s taking any medications, and ask about her boyfriend. When you are ready for the exam, do top and pants too. Probably don t need all of that, but best access to everything to make sure you get all the exam options. Skin, take temperature Eyes, Ears, and Nose Abdomen, listen to breath, sounds and take her pulse. Listen to heartbeat. She doesn t have Lupus. Doctor House would be disappointed in you. Myocardial Infarction caused by drugs. Stop taking drugs (duh), rushed to Cardiac Intensive Care at the hospital, call 911, and contact Social Services. Keep doing whatever and Family time until you get another exam until you start an event with Sister/Cousin. Saturday May 20 th Monique s eye exam (starts a different exam. Future exams will be like this. Previous exams likely will be changed to this as well) The idea here is to get her to trust you. First set of questions Just do them all. Specifically ask about breakfast and if immunizations are up to date. After you ve finished with those questions just ask her to get on the table. Don t ask her to undress.
Tell her she s gorgeous. Tell her you like her skin. She voluntarily strips for you, even though you only need to check her eye. Rock on! I wouldn t waste time with checking other places Just go straight for the eye exam. Use Dye, Use ophthalmoscope. End the exam. You can do the others but you get penalized at the end of the exam. She has red eye, vision normal. Immunizations up to date, no allergies. Red Eye, does not hurt to look at light. Dye exam showed no abrasions or foreign bodies. Diagnosis: Subconjunctival Hemorrhage Looks worse than it is. Cool compress. Go home with no worries. At some point you will be sitting with the Niece on the couch. She wants to be a singer. You can be a dick, or be supportive. Be supportive. A singer, are you good? then You are indeed <name>! Her mother will appreciate that bond growing. Another Event This time with Sister/Cousin. She needs to relax You suggest going to the gym (if you ve discovered it) You challenge her or she challenges you. Not sure it matters either way. Go for the bet Extra scene. Go for the win she kisses a girl. Letting her win you can choose to kiss a guy Bond grows either way. Karen Bounce shows up sometime around the 25 th. Ask all the questions. Get to know her. Don t give her morphine. Check her out. Skip the abdomen. X-Ray. Urine Sample: Unnecessary Diagnosis Fell off motorcycle No known allergies, No meds Ankle has abrasions with deformity Ankle tender with Deformity Compound Bi-Malleolar comminuted fracture Cleanse, dressing, immobilize, elevate, ice, neurovascular check Orthopedic surgeon Exam for Robyn Franklyn14 year old girl with her brother (he s a jerk) No flirting with her. She s considered a child in the game. Ask the questions, but be careful about how far you push the idiot brother. If you confront him on anything they will leave and you will fail the exam. Relevant areas: Skin and Abdomen No Additional Exams Needed
Results: Simple Laceration, No Known Allergies, No Meds, No Flank Tenderness, No Rib Tenderness, Small Abrasion on flank. Clean wound, apply antibiotic, apply dressing and a DT booster. Go home. Eventually you and Sister/Cousin decide to go to the pool (if you discovered it) Apologize for the past transgressions. Say her daughter is a nice girl and she s done a good job with her You look worried don t pull her top down (unless you want to see her boobs) Bond grows Family leaves. Next time you see her is right before the Seattle trip. Trip to Seattle This content starts when you see your boss. This content is rather short. I will chronicle both the sister and the cousin route. You meet Elisa Baxter. Your old college friend. You choose at this point your Ex s name. I think she is only in dialog at this point. She may appear later. CONTENT SPLIT POINT You can choose to go to dinner with your Sister/Cousin or Elisa here. First up, the Sister/Cousin Tell her you like her dress Go for the wine. Take care of the bill Raise the Temp by much You took ages But you got <name> He should treat you better I will tickle you too! Belly You can convince her to sleep in her underwear or convince her to kiss you. That ends that. Content to be continued later. Elisa route Tell her you like her dress
Lovely Company Go for the wine Follow her Do all the things Cum wherever you want. Back at the hotel You can take the pic for that creep Doctor. Next day. Before you leave the hotel (added in.0.0.4c) You get a call from Miss Roland. The secretary for the Chief of Staff, Dr. Richards. You go meet him. if you happen to be around St. Mary s Clinic *flirt option* or shake her hand friendly depart option Now because you want to make as much money, I suggest you accept his offer. There is a bug here that might reset it to the dinner date with Sister/Cousin as well so you might get both sequences anyway. After that pretty much all the content available in-game right now until.0.5. I know most Ren Py games allow you to scroll back to choose a different option, but I hope this at least helps you in some way. When the next version drops, I will update it Also for you cheaters out there here are the console commands.
