2 SIGN UP AND VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT Join the OCAD U Hub at bit.ly/ocadu_hub 1 2 Sign Up Complete the form, including your name and address of your choice. Verify your account 10kCoffees will send you an to verify your account. Once verified, you will be sent back to the 10kCoffees website to complete your Profile. 2

3 PROFILE CREATION Once your is verified, it is time to join the OCAD U Hub so you can connect with professionals, alumni, current students and your Student Mentee. 3 Define Your Role Once you enter the OCAD U Hub it s time to identify your role as a Peer Mentor. Use the Hub to talk about: How to get a job Connecting with alumni Career planning Sharing advice and experiences Peer Mentor Select this special Role, created just for you! Identifying yourself accurately will make it easier for Mentors and Mentees to find each other and connect. 3

5 PROFILE CREATION 7 Profile Picture It is important that Peer Mentors are easily identified by mentees who are looking to connect. To help this, Peer Mentors are asked to add a green circle to their profile picture, making it simple to find you on the OCADU Hub. + = 6 Quick Bio Write a concise biography (one or two sentences) that describes who you are, where you re coming from, and where you re going as a designer or artist.
