2 7 Simple Steps to Profiting From Your Purpose: 1. Know your purpose/be aware of your purpose. Know that you are here for a reason and that you were put here to be of service to others in someway. Maybe it s to help in your local community or family, maybe it s to help millions around the globe. Either way your purpose is equally important. Take one action now that gets you closer to your purpose. Usually, you can t see the entire purpose from where you are right now, but when you take the first step, the next one is shown, then the next, then the next, and so on. Find things that interest you and that you are passionate about. Explore all of your interests through hobbies, reading, learning, seminars, traveling, volunteering, and experiences. Write down everything you ve ever wanted to do or learn and schedule time into your week to explore. That s how you start to find your passions. 2. Coach others It s so important to get paid for your passions and purpose otherwise you usually don t get to do them (or do them very little). Unless you are financially independent already, you want to start bringing in income (at least on the side) from doing something you love. Coaching is by far the simplest and quickest way to start making money from your purpose. There are all kinds of coaches- business coaches, life coaches, relationship coaches, craft coaches, voice coaches, health coaches, and the list can go on and on! Find a topic that you love and start taking on coaching clients ASAP. Teach others You know your stuff. You can t help but learn things from your unique life experiences that others want to know (and will pay money to learn). Whatever stage you are in starting your purpose- driven business, you need to learn how to market! 4 A good place to start is by doing speaking engagements for your local clubs and organizations. You can also join local business networking groups. The important thing is that you show up.
