1 How to Select your BankMobile Refund Preference Revised 10/ If you have received your GREEN Refund Selection Envelope that looks like this: Then, you will log on to and use the Personal Code provided to you by entering it into the portion of the webpage that looks like this: If you have NOT received a green envelope, but this is your first semester at Northern, click on the NEED A CODE? link. By entering the School Name, your Student ID and your Northern address, a new personal code can be sent to your Northern for you to set up your refund preference.

2 If you were previously a WVNCC student who had a card from HigherOne that has not expired, your card will still work to receive your refund. If you were a HigherOne card holder or had a BankMobile card that you have lost or is no longer valid/expired, call the BankMobile Customer Care line. See the bottom of this document to get BankMobile s contact number.. We will get you in contact with the BankMobile Customer Care line or if permitted will order you a new card. IF YOU WERE HERE A PREVIOUS SEMESTER AND ARE NOT LOOKING TO CHANGE YOUR REFUND PREFERENCE (such as a direct deposit or refunding to a BankMobile account for which the card is still active), YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE ANY FURTHER ACTION. YOUR REFUND WILL BE DELIVERED AS YOU REQUESTED. 2. Once you have entered your personal code, the BankMobile site will ask you how you d prefer your refund be delivered. If you have an existing bank account at another institution (such as BB&T, WesBanco, Huntington, etc.) you will select that you d like to have your refund directly deposited into your bank account. You will need your bank s routing number and your personal account number in order to have the money deposited into your bank account. If you have a checkbook from your existing account, you can find both of those numbers on the check. For example: Wade W. Wilson 1234 Marvel Lane Starktopia, OH If you do not have bank checks, you can always contact your local branch to get both pieces of information. If you do not have an existing account or would prefer to open up a BankMobile checking account, you would select Open a BankMobile Account. This option will have you set up an online-only account with BankMobile that you will be able to access funds through a BankMobile debit card which will be mailed to you typically within 7-10 business days after selecting this option. Once you get your debit card, you will need to log into your BankMobileVibe.com account and activate the card. That s it just two easy steps!

3 Checking On Your Refund 1. Log onto BankMobileVibe.com using your (keeping your WVNCC as your primary for this account is heavily suggested) and your password. 2. Once you ve logged in, the first thing you should see is a Refund Summary. This page will list the date of any recent refunds, the status of your refund (ACH Transfer to Outside Bank/Deposited to BankMobile Account), and the amount that was refunded. Check the term schedule on page 2 of the available semester schedule (which can be found on the WVNCC.edu website under Quick Links on the main page). This will tell you the anticipated refund dates. * *THIS AMOUNT IS NOT TYPICAL. THIS IS AN EXAMPLE ONLY If you were here a previous semester and have logged into your BankMobile account and are unsure of what preference you selected, scroll over the Refunds menu option and select Refund Status and History from the drop-down menu. This will display your current refund preference as well as college refund history.

4 Reach a BankMobile Customer Care Representative by: BankMobile strives to resolve all issues within the first contact as part of their company philosophy. If you are having issues resolving your issue by phone, you can always reach out via social media. See their Twitter handle and their Facebook mention username above. If you are unsure what address or phone number is linked to your BankMobile account, stop by the Service Center or Business Office. We will check to see what information is current in your student account.
