1 Pick n Save, Metro Market and Copps Brewers Ticket Perks! Official Rules July 20, 2014 through September 10, Vouchers. You can participate in the Brewers Ticket Perks! (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion ) at any participating Pick n Save, Metro Market or Copps food store between July 20, 2014 and September 10, 2014 (the Promotion Period ) for a chance to earn vouchers for Brewers Terrace Reserved tickets for selected home games. No cash, assignment or transfer of a voucher will be permitted. No reproductions of ticket vouchers (as hereinafter defined) are permitted. 2. Eligibility. The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Employees, officers and representatives of the MLB Entities which includes the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., the MLB Network, LLC, Tickets.com, Inc., Sports on Earth LLC, and the Major League Baseball Clubs (including Milwaukee Brewers Baseball) [hereinafter the MLB Entities ], and/or their affiliates and subsidiaries, and all promotional or fulfillment agencies involved in the Promotion, as well as members of their immediate families (i.e., spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and households, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited. 3. How to Accumulate Vouchers. Purchase any of the participating products set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof during the Promotion Period using your Fresh Perks card. For each eighth (8 th ) participating product purchase made utilizing the same Fresh Perks card during the Promotion Period, customer will receive a voucher (printed on the bottom of their register receipt) which customer redeems for one (1) Terrace Reserved ticket to an eligible game of his/her choice. See chart set forth below for qualifying redemption games. General Terms and Conditions. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible or misdirected vouchers, which will be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Official Rules of the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in is sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Transportation to and from Miller Park, parking and any additional costs and expenses incurred in connection with customer s attendance at or participation in activities associated with voucher redemption or game attendance is the responsibility of customer. If any of the games associated with the Promotion are delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, customer will not be reimbursed for tickets, but tickets may be subject to standard policies and procedures established by the issuer. A single voucher may be exchanged for one (1) Terrace Reserved ticket to a single game. There is a $2 redemption fee per ticket which must be paid by customer at time of redemption. Customer may redeem up to eight (8) vouchers at one time. Voucher redemption can be conducted in person at the Miller Park ticket office or via mail. 2 Brewers Ticket Perks, One Brewers Way, Milwaukee, WI Allow 10 business days for ticket fulfillment and mailing for mail-in redemptions. Mail in redemptions must also be accompanied by the following: (i) voucher; (ii) self-addressed return envelope for ticket mailing purposes; (iii) contact information for questions regarding request; (iv) identification of selected game date; (v) number of tickets (up to eight) requested for said game; (vi) credit card number for $5 mail processing fee and $2 per ticket redemption fee. Ticket upgrades may be made at customer s request, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club. A value of $18 per ticket will be credited towards the price of upgraded ticket redemptions (the $2 per ticket redemption fee still applies). All voucher redemptions subject to availability. If ticket demand exceeds anticipated demand, the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club will make three yet to be determined games available in April of 2015 for voucher redemption purposes. Early voucher redemption at the Miller Park Brewers ticket office will increase a customer s chance of first choice ticket selection and availability. 5. Release. By participating in the Promotion, each participant: (a) agrees to abide by these Official Rules and further agrees that the decisions of Sponsor shall be final in all respects; (b) grants permission to Sponsor and/or Roundy s Supermarkets, Inc. to use the participant s name, likeness and statements attributable to him/her for promotional purposes without further compensation; and (c) AGREES TO RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE SPONSOR, THE MLB ENTITIES, ROUNDY S SUPERMARKETS, INC., AND/OR THEIR AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES FROM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE RELATING TO OR ARISING FROM ANY ACCIDENT, ILLNESS, INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY AS A RESULT OF AN INDIVIDUAL S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE OR USE OF A PRIZE. 6.
