2 OFFICIAL RULES Descrip on of Contest: This is a player recrui ng contest that awards prizes to winning par cipants that recruit qualified NEW players into a C & N Sales Pool and/or Dart League. New Players must meet certain league play requirements in order to qualify the par cipant for new league player entry prizes. The top 5 par cipants recrui ng the most league players will win prizes as shown below. Contest Period: Contest runs from September 1, 2018 through 11:59 p.m. of May 15, Winners will be determined based on the number of new players recruited for the contest. No purchase is necessary. New Player: Any player at least 21 years of age that has not played C & N Sales league matches of any type (pool or dart leagues including junior & remote) during the period from October 2017 through May To be counted as a New Player the New Player must complete at least 10 nights of C & N Sales Player Reward Program League play in one sport (pool or darts) during the contest period. The new player does not have to compete in the same sport as the recruiter. A dart league player can recruit a new pool league player. A New Player may only be counted as a New Player one me and by only one contestant regardless of whether the New Player competes in more than one sport or not. A New Player that has already deemed to have been recruited by one player based upon the first or earliest verifica on form is ineligible to be recruited by another contestant regardless of that contestant s eligibility status or whether or not that contestant remains eligible by virtue of game play requirements, disqualifica ons of any other reason. A contestant may not transfer credit for a New Player recruited by him or her to any other contestant for any reason.

3 How to Enter: Recruit at least one qualified NEW player into the C & N Sales league program (pool or dart) during the contest period and submit a verifica on form via or mail. (See below for addresses) Contestant Eligibility: Open to any person 21 years of age. Recruiter must be a C & N League player from the League season, or C & N Sales League Sponsor Ineligible: C & N Sales employees, immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) or household members of employees are ineligible. Employees, agents and representa ves (whether paid or unpaid) of a dart game manufacturer, distributor or operator or a compe ng dart league operator are ineligible. Addi onally a contestant may not hold or be an applicant for a MN or IA Gaming Loca on License or be an agent, manager or representa ve for any person or en ty that holds or has applied for a MN or IA Video Gaming Loca on License. Agreement to Official Rules: Par cipa on in the contest cons tutes full and uncondi onal agreement to and acceptance of the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is con ngent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein. Verifica on: New Players must indicate on the Verifica on Form, the name of their recruiter and verify with their (the new player s) signature. Since New Players are required to play a minimum of 10 nights of league play, signed Verifica on Forms must be submi ed by the recrui ng contestant to the Sponsor as indicated on the form or photos/scanned images of the forms ed.

4 Disqualifica on: New players that are disqualified from league par cipa on under normal league rules during the contest period will be not counted toward their recruiters player count. Contestants that are disqualified from league par cipa on under normal league rules during the contest period will be disqualified from the contest. Contestants or players may be disqualified for reasons that would damage the integrity of the contest and C & N Sales league program including but not limited to any of the following: Chea ng, misrepresenta on of the C & N Sales league program or associated prizes, unsportsmanlike conduct or any other infrac on that damages the integrity of the program whether the infrac on takes place during this contest or any C & N Sales league or tournament event. C & N Sales league management shall have sole and final discre on in applica on of this rule. Any disqualifica on may result in the prize(s) being revoked. Addi onal Legalese: Sponsor: The sponsor of this contest is C & N Sales, located at 1840 Commerce Drive, North Mankato, MN Odds of Winning: There are 5 total prizes. The odds of winning are based upon the actual number of entries. No Purchase Required: There is no addi onal purchase or fee required to compete in this contest nor will a purchase of any kind enhance your odds of winning. Skills & Effort Required: Salesmanship, recrui ng ability, ability to contact poten al new players, knowledge of the program, products and services as well as the ability to explain the same. Recruiters should be familiar with the Sponsor s league program, rules and prizes in order to enhance their recrui ng ability. Contestants that are skilled in rela ng details of the Sponsor s programs should have an advantage when recrui ng new players. Use or Name and /or likeness: By par cipa ng in this contest a contestant agrees that C&N Sales is granted the right to use their name or photograph(s), etc. in announcements and marke ng materials promo ng this event or similar future events.

5 Forms must be postmarked or ed no later than 14 days a er the signing or first night of league play of the New Player. New Players may not be registered a er November 15, Sponsor shall not be liable or responsible for any verifica on forms lost or delayed by the U.S. Postal Service or any other means of delivery. Forms submi ed by should also use the read receipt op on. Winners will be announced and posted on the Sponsor s website. Prizes: Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the Grand Prize winning contestant is unable to commit to receive the prize by June 10, 2019 then the prize will be rescinded and will not be re awarded. Winning contestants are responsible for any applicable state and federal taxes associated with winning a prize.
