1 CenterSOLUTIONS for the Common Core Task Cards, Grade 1 RESOURCE GUIDE CD This set of Common Core Task Cards offers 100 standard-specific math and language arts activities. Each card presents an activity that directly aligns with one or more standards. The specific standard(s) are referenced on the back of each card for easy teacher planning, documentation, and assessment. For extended use, the cards are coated to provide a write-on/wipe-away surface. Student and teacher recording sheets are included in this resource guide to help make documentation easy. Use the standards matrices to find specific cards that correlate to the standards you are teaching. When 10 more apples are added, you are adding another ten frame with 5 still in the last ten frame. So, 3 full ten frames is 30; 30 and 5 is 35 apples. Card candies; Card rocks; Card 29 Answers will vary but may include that you can use a hundred chart to find the first number and move up one square. By moving up a row, you are subtracting = 70, = 30, = 60 Card 30 Jimmy should have only moved back 2 tens instead of 3. The correct answer is 30 tires.
