1 May nd, 08 Dear Legacy Run Registrants, Attached are the Hotel and Campsite lists for the th Annual Legacy Run from Post 8 in Hutchinson, KS to Post 0 in Anoka, MN. This year s run will be five days and each day we will be eating both Lunch and Dinner at American Legion Posts, all chartered in 99, with the exception of one that was chartered in 9. In this year s planning we attempted to give the Riders a bit more time at each overnight stop by arriving early and working with the local Riders Chapter to put together some interesting local rides. On Day, the American Legion Riders Chapter at Post 9 in Austin, MN will lead those interested in a number of local rides and will also host a Hog Roast for the Legacy Run that evening. A few notes on the hotel lists:. You will notice on each day there is a hotel or hotels that highlighted in yellow. These are the hotels that we have contracted with for National Staff and Ride Leadership. These should be your last choice as there will most likely be few, if any rooms available.. On Day, we will be overnighting in Onalaska, Wisconsin. The La Crosse County Convention & Visitors Bureau has contacted the area hotels and obtained a special rate for Legacy Run participants. Please mention Group Name = Legacy Run to obtain the special rate. I look forward to seeing you all in Hutchinson, Kansas at Post 8.
