Dedicated and experienced staff is guided by seasoned talents like Jorge-Manuel Cavacas formerly of Charles Jourdan ensuring reliability and success for CVC clients.

13 The Pattern-Cutter: Designers drawings are being «translated» via CAD into precise paper patterns to be then transferred onto sturdy cardboard.

15 Cutter / Samples Stitching: They cut the leather prototypes according to paper patterns, stitching the parts together to create the «upper», i.e. the upper part of the shoe to be fixed to the sole.

16 Shoe Technician: His specialty is to define the technical details of both the sole and shoe upper. Shoe Maker: Aided by sophisticated machinery the shoe maker is forming the shoe shape, assembling the individual parts in successive bonding operations.

17 Clean & Dress Worker: In a finishing process glue marks and stains are being removed, tiny wires cut. To achieve beautiful gloss she waxes and shines the now readymade shoe.

18 Quality Inspector: A reinforcement overlooked, a badly glued sole, a heel fixed in a wrong inclination..., nothing is escaping him. He notices and removes all defects to meet our supreme quality standards and thus the reputation of CVC.
