Supply of Hardware, Software, Network components and any other required components for up-gradation / new installation of a high end cluster comprising of 600 cores with a sustained throughput of more than 4 TFLOPS. B) Block KG-DWN-98/3 (KG-D6) Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), as operator, on behalf of itself & its co-venturer Niko (NECO) Limited invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for Deepwater Block No. KG-DWN-98/3 (KG D6) in East coast of India from reputed and experienced Contractors for following categories: OAM/KGD6/2010/01 OAM/KGD6/2010/02 OAM/KGD6/2010/03 Construction, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Containerized /Modular self contained, external class approved Fire Fighting Equipment II (Fi-Fi-II) System. Provision of XMT Running Tools, Work-Over Control System on Rental and/or Outright sale basis. Provision of Subsea Landing String System on Rental and/or Outright sale basis. Page 1 of 7

2 DEV/KGD6/2010/04 DEV/KGD6/2010/05 Pre-cast driven/ bored cast in situ pile foundations and Civil works for Onshore Gas Handling/Processing Facilities. Engineering, Supply, Transportation, Installation, Supervision, Testing, Pre Commissioning and Commissioning of Process Gas Compressors (Gas Turbine Driven/Motor Driven large size Process Gas Compressors having Capacity of handling more than 7.5 MMSCMD of Gas). The Contractors who had earlier submitted their Expression of Interest under Notice reference no. RIL/E&P/EOI/2009/02 (Category no. DEV/KGD6/2009/02) published during December, 2009 are not required to submit their Expression of Interest against the category no. DEV/KGD6/2010/05 under this notice. For rest of the categories, Contractors who had earlier submitted their Expression of Interest are required to submit their Expression of Interest. Interested Contractors are requested to visit our website for further details on the above and submit their Expression of Interest (hard copies in duplicate along with electronic copy on CD) with all details through Post / Courier and also through before 4 th November, The envelope should be superscribed as RIL/E&P/EOI/2010/06 along with reference number of category. Contractor shall submit : a. Previous experience in providing/supply of XMT Running Tools, Work-Over Control System on Rental and/or Outright sale basis. Contractor to provide details of contracts executed, contract value, client details and salient features of contracts executed. b. Details of number of Running Tools & Work-Over Control System available with Contractor and its present deployment status. c. List of subsea equipment manufacturers with whom these tools have been interfaced with and provide respective project details. d. Present work commitments and anticipated work load. (Please attach copies of current contractual position). e. Company profile and audited financial results (balance sheet) for the last five years. f. Brief on Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Quality Assurance system followed. g. Any other relevant information that will establish that Contractor is a competent service provider/ equipment supplier. Category No: OAM/KGD6/2010/03: Provision of Subsea Landing String System on Rental and/or Outright sale basis. Provision of Subsea Landing String System on Rental and/or Outright sale basis for installation, commissioning and O&M support for offshore fields in Deepwater Blocks. Contractor shall submit : a. Previous experience in providing/supply of Subsea Landing String System on Rental and/or Outright sale basis. Contractor to provide details of contracts executed, contract value, client details and salient features of contracts executed. b. 6 c. List of subsea equipment manufacturers with whom these Subsea Landing String System have been interfaced with and provide respective project details. d. Company profile and audited financial results (balance sheet) for the last five years. f. Brief on Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Quality Assurance system followed. g. Any other relevant information that will establish that Contractor is a competent service provider/ equipment supplier. Category No: DEV/KGD6/2010/04: Pre-cast driven/ bored cast in situ pile foundations and Civil works for Onshore Gas Handling/Processing Facilities. Pre cast driven/bored cast in situ pile foundations and other associated civil works at Onshore Gas Handling/ Processing Facilities. The civil work involves installation of approx nos. of pile foundations, precast piles of 350 sq.mm and/ or appox nos. of rotary bored piles of dia. varying between 750 & 1250 mm to meet design pile capacities and other associated civil works. Contractors shall submit : a. Previous experience in similar job executed in last five years for Oil and Gas industries in pile foundations, precasting of piles and rotary bored piles and other associated civil works. b. Details of Facilities/Equipment/Resources available with Contractor. c. Present work commitments and anticipated work load. (Please attach copies of current contractual position). d. To carry out Engineering, Supply, Transportation, Installation, Supervision, Testing, Pre Commissioning and Commission of Process Gas Compressors (Gas Turbine Driven/Motor Driven large size Process Gas Compressors having capacity of handling more than 7.5 MMSCMD of Gas). Details of contracts executed in preceding ten years including client contact details (Please attach the details with complete technical information and appropriate certification / documentation). b. Details of Equipment/Resources directly owned and details of key technical personnel. c. Company profile and audited financial results (balance sheet) for last three years. d. Present work commitments or anticipated work. e. Brief on Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance systems followed. f. Any other relevant information that will establish that Contractor is a competent equipment/material/service provider. The above information for all the categories is to be submitted in the Summary Sheet as given below. DEV/KGD6/2009/02) published during December, 2009 are not required to submit the Expression of Interest against the category no. DEV/KGD6/2010/05 under this notice.
