2 OVERVIEW Orca Subsea and CoreMarine have combined resources and competencies to provide a novel approach to logistical and engineering support. The venture aims to provide full mobilisation support from engineering design to procurement. We will also have the ability to package manage specific scopes within our areas of expertise. The combination of logistics and engineering skills purely for mobilisation support is an exciting and new approach for the industry. It will provide Clients with the knowledge that their mobilisation will be delivered on-time and within budget by an experienced team.

3 COMPANY PROFILE CoreMarine was born out of Technip and MTC (Marine Technology Consultants). CoreMarine brings a holistic approach to marine engineering with vast experience in hands-on operations and real-time analysis. We are based out of Norway and Spain. 4 COMPANY PROFILE Orca Subsea Limited, Established in 2015 to provide our clients with a range of support and engineering services specifically tailored to Diving and Subsea Contractors. Orca s management team comprises in excess of 70 years cumulative Diving experience (Air Saturation, Hyperbaric welding, system manufacture, system commissioning) and Subsea Construction covering the North Sea, Middle East, Far East, Brazil, GOM and West Africa. Orca operate under an ISO 9001:2015 compatible BMS system which is approved by DNV. Orca Subsea are Fpal approved and a member of Subsea UK. 13 KEY PERSONNEL Personnel Qualifications Expertise Ben Fitzgerald José María Gómez José López Méndez Dr Carlos Lopez Oyvind Johnsen Callum Masson Greig Masson Mike Masson B. Eng. Ocean Engineering MSc Naval Arch. MSc. Marine Engineering PhD, Marine Eng/Naval Arch. MSc. Ocean Engineering Vessel and dive operations. Extensive experience in planning and execution of IRM work scopes, installation of flexibles and vessel and dive spread mobilisations José is a naval architect that specialises in structural analysis and design for the marine industry. He has great experience in the mobilisation of vessels. José has worked previously for DNV as a hydrodynamic consultant and MWS. Previously positions in Spain as a structural engineer and technical authority. 20 years experience with complex analysis and marine design. Vast experience with load-out and heavy lift analysis and operations. 30+ years experience in hydrodynamic design and analysis. Oyvind has previously worked with Aker and Technip. Specifically his expertise is in riser, flexible, floating structures and installation design and analysis. Callum has previously worked in the commercial field for Technip, Sub Atlantic and most recently as Commercial Manager for Subtech and Mermaid Subsea in the middle east. Callum brings a strong track record off success in the Subsea field to Orca Subsea as the company MD and commercial director. 10 Years operational experience within Technip, FMC, Mermaid and subsea 7, where he specialised in complex mobilisation from Reel drive system, pilling spreads, WROV and air and saturation diving load outs. 35 years operational experience within subsea 7, Technip, Hallin Marine and mermaid subsea, he has a vast experience and was heavily involved in hyper baric welding and pipeline tie-ins, also he has been involved with the creation of PMS systems and supporting documentation for sat, air and welding systems.
