Drilling (Ingersoll Rand distributorship) JFO is a platinum-level distributor for Ingersoll Rand for material handling and power tool products in both the UK and Malaysia. With dedicated pneumatic workshops and fully trained OEM certified technicians in both locations, we have been Master Service Centre accredited by Ingersoll Rand ensuring quality delivery to our customers. 6 Case studies Gulf of Mexico With over 10 years operational experience, JFO has the expertise to provide its global customer base with increased efficiency and reduced costs, as highlighted in the case studies below: UK North Sea Working alongside one of our partners in the GOM region, JFO successfully completed the recovery and re-installation of mooring lines on a production facility in ultra deepwater. Our expert technicians operated and maintained four comprehensive 100T, 37T and 30T winch packages. We now have the capabilities to mob and de-mob from our shared facility in Morgan City, Louisianna. JFO supplied the complete back deck for a 100 day offshore IRM campaign in the North Sea, utilising its extensive fleet along with specialist equipment from collaborating partners, to streamline the delivery process. We supplied subsea cutting and grinding tooling packages, a HP waterjet and gritblast cleaning package, 6 dredge system as well as a hydraulic deck winch - all within a four day turnaround. Malaysia Mobilising from its new facility in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia, JFO successfully completed the recovery and reinstallation of mooring chains for the PFLNG project in the Kanowit field offshore Sarawak in Malaysia. Two teams of JFO technicians simultaneously operated three winch packages, ranging from 70T to 300T, around the clock. The project was executed on time for all twelve sets of chain. West Africa JFO successfully completed two scopes for the removal of flexible riser sections on the Baobab field, offshore Ivory Coast. Our expert subsea tooling technicians, utilising a diamond wire saw, performed a series of complex cuts on spool at 1200m water depth. Bespoke buoyancy framework and pre-mob trials ensured seamless delivery on time and within budget.
