2 HYDAC TECHNOLOGY LTD is a UK registered company, founded over 35 years ago. The company was originally formed as a distribution point for HYDAC products in the UK. Since the company s foundation in 1976 it has steadily grown and now has its own network of distributor service companies within the UK and Ireland. The company has design and manufacturing facilities in Witney and Charlbury, in Oxfordshire, and employs over 120 people within the UK and Ireland.

To cover HYDAC S full range of products, HYDAC Technology Ltd employs product specialists, all with extensive knowledge and experience in the area of their relevant products. Including areas of : Filtration. Accumulators. Cooling Systems. Electronics. Control Technology. Fluid Engineering. Compact - Cartridge Valves Compact - Mini Power Packs Systems
4 Offshore Oil & Gas HYDAC Technology Ltd has its own dedicated team to cover the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry, where we design and manufacture Stainless Steel Filters, which are produced directly for customers and HYDAC branches worldwide. Other products sold into the Offshore Market include, Stainless Steel Accumulators, Stainless Steel Safety Valves and MEG (Mono Ethylene Glycol) Filters. MEG Filters are specialised high capacity filters for filtering fluid used to clean the gas well head - Subsea High Pressure Stainless Steel Filters Topside and Subsea MEG Filter (Custom made)
5 Systems Engineering HYDAC Technology Ltd has its own Systems Engineering Department to design and manufacture complete hydraulic systems. Utilising the latest technology in 3D CAD our engineers work closely with the client to determine system requirements, establish the power capacity, performance expectations and installation specifications to ensure a tailored and precise solution.
6 Electronics TECHNOLOGY LTD HYDAC UK is at the forefront of design with an innovative HFC (Hydac Fieldbus Communicator). The HFC is comprises of a range of interface modules that connects Hydac SMART sensors to the customer s SCADA systems using Fieldbus or industrial Ethernet networks. The HFC supports all major Fieldbus and industrial Ethernet networks worldwide. HYDAC Technology Ltd also develops customer specific, turnkey electro-hydraulic systems using HMI and PLC based control systems. As a further innovation our electronics department have developed a pilot system to transmit oil condition data over the mobile phone network. The system has been successfully deployed on wind farms in the UK and will be used to provide early warning of turbine failure. The premise behind this technology is to enable HYDAC to remotely monitor the integrity of wind turbine gearboxes and hydraulic systems and therefore warn the customer of any early signs of failure.
