Design of hot stabs, ranging from 1 to 8. Designed in accordance with API17D, API 6A, API RP2A, ASME VIII div II, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.8, ISO , ISO 10423, PD5500, and PED. Other specifications are available on request. FES Subsea HOT STAB Connector Range qualified, and 3rd party certified, to API 6A / ISO PR2 Annex F & API 17D / ISO Annex L. All sizes and ratings available as pressure retaining BLIND STABS. Suitable for subsea pigging, chemical or gas injections and flood and vent operations. Hydraulically operated hot stab available for 4 and above, which eliminates the requirement for the ROV or Diver to provide the insertion & retraction forces. Working in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 quality standard. In-house design, assembly and testing ensure all test procedures and inspection & testing plans are strictly adhered to. 2 FES SUBSEA HOT STAB FES Hot Stabs can be supplied in a variety of handles to suit an array of ROV manipulator tools. The most popular handles are shown below and project specific variations are available on request. Circular D-Type Fish-Tail T-Bar (Large Stabs Only) FES also offer a range of non-pressure retaining DEBRIS STABS. These stabs can serve as an alternative to a BLIND STAB and will prevent debris ingress and marine growth in FES RECEPTACLES. They are mainly installed during deployment or long-term subsea storage. Available to fit any FES RECEPTACLE. Manufactured from lightweight materials. Easily installed. Suitable for long-term deployment. Available with a range of handle options including D-Type, Fish-Tail and T-Bar. Although FES Hot STABS are very robust and require little maintenance, there may be situation where it might be advisable to change the seals. For these situations FES offer a 2 part seal change tool which can be used to fit new seals. We can also supply replacement seal kits in a variety of materials if necessary. Design of RECEPTACLES ranging from 1 to 8. Available in both single (SS) and double sided (DS) designs. Can be panel mounted using the removable mounting plates. These plates can be rotated in 45 increments to suit project requirements. Designed in accordance with API17D, API 6A, API RP2A, ASME VIII div II, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.8, ISO , ISO 10423, PD5500, and PED. Other specifications are available on request.
