B15 KSP2 - $2.55billion drillex, B17 CLOV - $2.2 billion gross drillex. Overview operations of 5 to 9 deep water drilling rigs working at any time, with expenditure > $1mm/day each. Yearly expenditure of ~ $2.5 Billion dollars gross with BP average net shareholding of ~ 20%. May/June 2015 perform review of Reliance India deep water sidetrack operations in depleted gas reservoirs, to enhance value of BP OBO 30% shareholding, working within Reliance Mumbai offices. Identify key areas for specific BP Peer Assistance, specifically PPFG and stress cage design and operations, working the issues

July/Aug/Sept 2015 perform review of Angola BP Operated (B18 & B31) well designs, programmes & procedures, compare & contrast with OBO operations in B15 and B17. Successful negotiation of narrow PPFG window, achieving all geological objectives, helping Maersk to find a significant hydrocarbon find. MAERSK OIL UK/KERR McGee UK, 10/03-11/06 Drilling Superintendent/Senior Project Engineer (Consultant) Planning and Supervision of Development and Exploration wells drilled sub-sea utilising semi-submersible drilling rigs. Innovative well designs,practices and procedures,employing Smart Risk and state of art adding value technology (a number of world and North Sea firsts), leading to number one ranked operator in Rushmore benchmarking 2004 and Subsea extended reach wells within tight wellbore stability windows. Designed, planned and supervised the drilling and completion of the Dumbarton Field. This was a complex 6 well development, completed in 5 ½ months from Jan to July Despite the major technical challenges, this further improved the ft/day statistics and placed Maersk again clearly number one in Rushmore for 2006.
