2 Product Space Replacement for HEDU - Space Box Unit SBU (O DO D2 D3) The small cabinet module SBU can be placed on cabinets, on the floor, on the wall and underneath a desk. Since it is, actually is a small cabinet we have chosen to place it on the component tabs for Space, you will find it in the accessories browser with following icon: Options for fronts, doors DO or drawers D2 or D3, you find in the front browser. Inserts are chosen via the insert browser. If you want to add the SBU box to a desk, you need to get the icon from the component tab of Space. When placed underneath the desk, brackets for desk hanging will be added automatically. You can also chose the option for desk hanging on a box placed on the floor via the properties dialogue. To get the SBU box wall mounted you first have to place it on the floor. Via the properties dialogue you can change to wall mounted (WH).

3 When wall mounted is chosen you can change the height position via the right click menu. Chose option Height settings and add the height in the dialogue. To remove a SBU from cabinets and desks just click on the yellow triangle. To remove a SBU from the wall or floor, activate the yellow square and press delete. STCU the cushion is now available with special fabric. The option of fabric is as before placed in the Accessory browser.

4 New information texts As an effort to make it easier for you, we have added some new information messages in the Front and Accessory browsers. e.g.: Doors DO2-DO12, upper doors of personal lockers are higher than those that are placed at the bottom (for ex S1P = 334mm and the upper door/doors = 375mm). Tambour TA, is only available for cabinets with frame E/EEM Open storage OC, front OC will get its material/colour from the frame of the cabinet Drawers D2-D4 (Plastic), Also used as front for the SBU box (the inner drawer is then made of wood) In the accessories browser we have added following information for the option Soft Closing We recommend to select a handle to soft closing option on SDI(Sliding doors) Series[P] The default option for legs is now changed to be: SSP6 sit/stand, square legs mm(the old legs).

5 The 3D of the new foot has been updated. Multicom The joining of the corners has been changed on the Meeting Bridge and therefore a new article code has been created. 6 Functions Warning of Knock-Down Cabinet As a basic value, bigger cabinets always are knock-down when you drawing such a cabinet in Configura. (Decision taken by the product department). Cabinets that are knock-down have an icon in the left corner of the 3-D image. If the cabinets should be delivered mounted to the customer, knock-down must be "unchecked" with the icon: Not Knock-Down, located in the Spaces Accessories dialog. (See the red frame in the picture below)

7 Now there is a warning for drawn cabinets that are knock-down for sellers / sales support in Verify Drawing. Always check if Kinnarps can deliver the cabinets mounted, the instructions in the warning for knock-down cabinet make it clear what to check for the cabinet to be mounted in factory when we deliver to customers and where you can find the icon to change the cabinet from knock-down to mounted from factory. Note! Changing from knock-down to mounted must be done in the drawing before it is mailed to BackOffice. This is the seller / sales support responsibility. If BackOffice has to change this after the order has been registered, it may affect delivery time.
