David Meade We are delighted to announce David Meade as our evening entertainment! David is a researcher and lecturer in international business with one of Irelands leading Universities, whose personal interests have always focused on aspects of popular psychology, consumer behaviour, and choice. By combining these professional and personal passions with his love of the performance of mentalism, David has become a sought after speaker with a reputation for an innovative style that forces audiences to think critically about the challenges around them. Having caught the bug for mind-reading and mentalism as a teenager, David has been honing his act for nearly 20 years. He has combined a childhood interest with his academic interests to create the remarkable set of skills that he is famous for today. Drawing inspiration from many sources and day to day observations, David s act is always developing and progressing, and he is always learning. David says In my line of work you have to keep an open mind, so I m always open to new lessons, new experiences and new technology. It s the only way you can keep up to date and stop your work getting stale.

How I learned to embrace digital before AI did it for me Joe Mayhew, CTO, Castleton Joe Mayhew, our new Chief Technology Officer, will be discussing how embracing new technologies can create better outcomes and experiences for your staff and your customers. His topics of discussion also include; the shift from a manual lowskilled workforce to a high-value workforce; how utilising AI and automation improves productivity and reduces costs; and how customer expectations are accelerating quicker than traditional technology providers can deliver against- resulting in low service quality, driving the need to transform Service Delivery. Cluid- the journey to transforming service delivery with Castleton s integrated solutions Ronnie Maher, IT Director, Cluid Housing In December 2016, Cluid HA chose Castleton as their technology provider to lead their Business Transformation project. This has been Castleton s biggest project to date, delivering our Housing, Finance, CRM, P2P, Repairs EDRM and Agile solutions. Ronnie, will be sharing Cluid s journey with Castleton so far and the significant milestones we have reached together, including the successful delivery of a complete integrated solution.
