ABOUT THE SAFETY CONFERENCE 2014 Oil Gas Denmarks Task force Zero safety conference is undoubtedly the most attractive offshore safety conference in Denmark. The safety conference is a full-service conference. This means that all meals and drinks during the conference are included in the conference fee. Our ambition Our ambition is that the conference will provide a complete update of company, research institution and authority contributions to the improvement of process and personal safety on offshore installations in Denmark and across the globe. Exhibition and networking 2013 With the Task Force Zero conference, Oil Gas Denmark wants to create the finest conditions for individual branding of the companies that choose to become sponsors.

The specific sponsorship may be anonymous, which means that the company is listed as conference sponsor, or as visible product sponsor.

3 The composition of the individual sponsorship is carried out in close dialogue with the company. Page 3/10 Product sponsoring If it is difficult for your company to handle a cash sponsorship, it is possible to become a products sponsor at the conference. The specific sponsorship may be anonymous, which means that the company is listed as conference sponsor, or as visible product sponsor. It is only possible to appear in promotion materials as an anonymous product sponsor. This applies to the examples in italics below. All product sponsors will be named on the conference site so that it is clear who is sponsoring what. Specific sponsorships may include: Diamond ticket sponsor (Only diamond sponsor) Speakers Ice breaker dinner Venue/technique Closing reception Lunch Beverage Breakfast/breaks Production of special conference folders/bags Transport of introductory speakers to and from venue USB and other hand-outs Specific speakers Distribution of physical materials Development of conference homepages/e-cards Promotion in specific magazines/journals/newspapers/sites Intro/outro film for the conference Conference promotion film Posters/banners for promotion Print of various materials Conference financing The Safety Conference budget is more than 1,5 mio. DKK. Of this 1/2 is normally covered by sponsorships and 1/2 by conference registration fees. The ambition is to keep the conference fee as low as possible so that a maximum number of companies can participate.

Participants The 2013 conference was sold out and 340 people attended from public authorities, the offshore industry, research institutions and other sectors.

Depending on the size of your sponsorship, you may invite a number of guests to attend the conference free of charge.

Conference programme and invitation The conference programme will be organised by a programme committee consisting of leading HSEQ experts from leading Danish and international companies. If you sign up for a platinum or diamond sponsorship, your company will be invited to appoint an expert for the programme committee.

5 Page 5/10 This is one of the 2013 conference ads Conference newspaper For the conference, we will produce a conference newspaper with information on the conference, introductory speakers, meals, programme, relevant articles etc. All sponsors are invited to advertise in the conference newspaper as part of the sponsorship. The level of sponsorship determines the size of the company ad. The 2013 magazine: Frontpage, articles and examples on platinum, gold, silver and bronze ads. Ice breaker dinner In keeping with tradition, there will be an ice breaker dinner for introductory speakers and the steering group of the conference and Oil Gas Denmark s HSE committee.

Promotion of the Safety Conference Specially designed marketing material will be produced for the conference.

2. SPONSOR PACKAGES The sponsorships are designed to offer your company a broad selection of options for active participation in Safety Conference 2014.

6 If you sign up for a platinum or diamond sponsorship, a specific number of persons from your company may attend the dinner. Page 6/10 The ice breaker dinner is held at Hjerting Badehotel. Promotion of the Safety Conference Specially designed marketing material will be produced for the conference. This includes invitation, website, posters, banner adds, roll-ups and flyers. As a sponsor you will have your logo on the majority of the promotional material. 2. SPONSOR PACKAGES The sponsorships are designed to offer your company a broad selection of options for active participation in Safety Conference It is our intention to provide visible marketing of your company. As a sponsor you will be able to draw from a broad range of benefits that will give your company optimal visibility and profiling before, during and after the conference. The final content of the sponsorship depends on the wishes and needs of the individual sponsor. Prices are based on the above. All prices are exclusive of VAT (moms) and will be invoiced when sponsorship agreement is approved. 3. GENERAL TERMS The entire sponsorship fee will be payable on signing the sponsor agreement. In the event of cancellation, the entire sponsor fee will be refunded. The sponsors are responsible for construction, staffing and removal of the profile stand in connection with the conference. The sponsors are responsible for their own company-specific marketing materials (brochures, advertisements, posters etc.). The position of the stand and other material will be agreed with the individual sponsor. If you require special food at your stand, arrange that individually with the OGD secretariat in connection with the signing of the sponsorship agreement. The sponsors must when signing up a sponsor agreement determine whether they want to have a stand on the exhibition or not. The Conference seeks inspiration outside the oil and gas sector.. 4.
