9 Transition: With that being said, we will now open this meeting with the Department Updates. As Department Chairman of the system s largest department, it gives me great pride and pleasure to read the Minecraft Department Update. Minecraft Update as Read by Dr. Baskerville Now, the system presently has two active Minecraft servers: the system s simple survival server, Basic Craft, and the system s towny server, Izvorni Craft. Both servers have been doing relatively well, but seek to expand their userbases. The rest of the system s Minecraft servers are now officially in development. Craft of the Titans, which serves as Villoux s Factions/PVP server, and Snowflake Pixelmon, which serves as Villoux s Pokemon server, are both set to be released on July 05, the first Friday in July. Old-Age Craft, which will serve as Villoux s medieval role-play server, is still in development and it is unknown as to when the deadline will be set for the server since it requires an enormous map, and our system building staff is presently under-staffed. The system s drug role-play server, Drug Craft, has recently been granted to the Grand Council Member, Crokeykid. Crokeykid will now serve as the Server Head of Drug Craft and hopes for a mid-july release. Since Crokeykid will be assuming the role as Server Head of Drug Craft, Villoux s FeedTheBeast server, New-Age Craft will be closed as Crokey cannot serve as two server s Server Heads. There is, however, another FeedTheBeast server that is presently on Lyllox and hopes to apply next month. Moving back to the servers still in development, I would like to take this time to formally thank the two Executive System Building Veterans, Mrs. Pbarron88 and Mr. Sammygman, for aiding the system in constructing Craft of the Titans and Old-Age Craft. Mrs. Barron has become the head builder for Craft of the Titans, and Mr. Sammy has become the head builder for one of Old-Age Craft s largest kingdoms. For their service to the system, I would like to cordially thank them of behalf of the system, Ms. Siya, Mr. Donutbomber, and Mr. Deepblew. I would additionally like to thank the Grand Council Member Mr. Smudd and the former Team Fortress 2 Department staff members Mixizm and Dragonbreath for their service to building the servers as well. I would additionally like to thank Mr. Kiro, Ms. Siya, and Mr. Jdaca for their services to the Minecraft Department. The Minecraft Department and the system could not operate without their strong work ethics, and ability to

10 excel in their positions. With that being said, I hereby conclude my Minecraft Department Update. 11 Transition: Seeing as there appear to be no further questions, comments, or concerns in regards to the system s Minecraft Department, we will now move the system s second largest department, the Realm of the Mad God Department. Realm Update as Read by Dr. Baskerville Unfortunately, the Realm of the Mad God Department Chairman, Mr. Flosion, is unable to attend the House of Players for work related issues this evening. I, however, have been requested to preform as Realm of the Mad God Department Chairman in his absence. In doing so, it pleases me to give the Realm of the Mad God Department Update. As of this meeting, the system presently sponsors two Realm of the Mad God Guilds The Eight Bit Death Guild and The Unreal Guild. The guild masters of those guilds are Mr. Flosion and Mr. Arathen, respectively. Both guilds bring a good number of users onto our TeamSpeak server and provide for the majority of the Realm of the Mad God Department. There are, however, still other smaller guilds that gather in the public Realm channels. Once those guilds reach ten TeamSpeak users, they are encouraged to contact me so that they may be officially incorporated into the system as guilds. Presently on Lyllox, there is a Realm of the Mad God private server that is operated by the Radio Villoux DJ, Mr. Adrian. The private server, which is presently undergoing a name change, has almost over one hundred players registered, and is nearly constantly full. Mr. Adrian hopes to have the server ready to apply to the system by next month s meeting. Finally, I would like to remind all members of the system, as Mr. Pwnzy did, that if they are having issues with any of the Realm of the Mad God users to please contact a TeamSpeak Operator so that we can ensure these issues do not become reoccurring or damaging to Villoux s reputation as a community. With that being said, I hereby conclude my Realm of the Mad God Department update and will entertain any questions, comments, or concerns, to the best of my ability. 13 Team Fortress 2 Update as Read by Cap1991 Transition: The House will now open the floor to any questions, comments, or concerns in regards to the Team Fortress 2 Department. Seeing as there appear to be no further questions, comments, or concerns in regards to the system s Team Fortress 2, we will hereby conclude the department updates. At this, I would like to welcome Mr. TickleMyCow, a Team Fortress 2 Tournament Director, to apply his department, the World of Tanks Department. This Department passed the Villoux Chairman Committee with 75% In Favor and 25% Absent. Without further ado, I now yield the floor the prospective World of Tanks Department Chairman, Mr. TickleMyCow.

14 World of Tanks Application as Read by TickleMyCow World of Tanks is a MMO strategy based shooter where the objective of the game is either to capture the enemy s base, or eliminate the opposing side s team of tanks. This game free to play and the department will not coast anything to become incorporated in the system. You are able to create clans that you and your friends can play in. I think this department would fit nicely in Villoux for its unique vehicle combat, and because it differs from other departments in the system because most other games involve some form of humanoid player to player interaction, while World of Tanks offers a unique vehicle combat system based off of that of how actual tanks operate. I believe that the Villoux player basis will be drawn to this game because of the change of pace from the games currently offered on Villoux. As well as the unique game aspect, this game tends to break an age barrier, and we have a player basis ranging from early teens to mid 40's on Lyllox. Accompanying this factor would be the fact that we could draw in a wider player basis to Villoux. With this wider player comes the need for channels. If the department came to be, I would require five channels excluding my own private channel. Getting back on the topic of player basis I would like to discuss numbers. Currently we have ten players that have never stepped foot on Villoux before and are actively participating in the growth of the department. In terms of players that are as of now members of the Villoux community, we have twelve. Such members including the Executive System Coder, Mr. Jdaca and the Grand Council Member and Team Fortress 2 Department Chairmen, Mr. Cap. We are continually growing and I believe with the help of Villoux community we could become one of the larger departments on the system. Now to answer a question that will be asked. How will I get users onto TeamSpeak? Well, currently I have a forum post on the official world of tanks forum, explaining what Villoux is and what the goal of our clan is. There they can apply to join the clan and I get them on TeamSpeak. In conclusion, I would like to take the time to say I hope you believe, as I do, that World of Tanks would make a great edition to the Villoux community and I believe with the player basis continually growing, it will bring new found popularity to the server system and a new enjoyment to those already within it. If you have any questions about World of Tanks or myself I would be more then happy to answer them. Thank you for your time.

If there are no further questions, comments, or concerns in regards to the World of Tanks Department s application, the House will now prepare to open voting. Each user will be granted talk power to say In Favor, Opposed, or Abstained. A vote In Favor means that you want the department in Villoux, a vote Opposed means that you do not want the department in Villoux, and a vote Abstained means that you have no opinion on the situation. Please note that you if you say anything other than In Favor, Opposed, or Abstained your vote will not be counted and you will be cast as Non-Voting. Again, do not say Yes, No, Neutral. Those members absent from the House of Players will be cast as Absent and those members excused from the House of Players will be cast as Non-Voting. In order for the department to pass the House of Players, it must receive at least 50% In Favor. The total number cast as Non-Voting and Absent will be left out of the final tally. If the House has a majority of votes cast as Abstained, the House will table this department s application to the Villoux Grand Council. 20 Transition: While the votes are being tallied, I yield the floor to the Executive TeamSpeak Operator, Mr. Pwnzy, with the TeamSpeak Announcement. TeamSpeak Announcement as Read by Pwnzy Good evening Villoux House of Players. It pleases me to give you an update on Villoux s TeamSpeak server as the Executive TeamSpeak Operator. The first order of business that I wish to discuss is the addition of a new clause to our TeamSpeak Ordinance. For those of you that are unaware, the TeamSpeak Ordinance is the governing document that dictates the TeamSpeak regulations. This new clause, named the Elly Clause, states how long users will be banned from TeamSpeak for the various violations of the TeamSpeak regulations. In fact, the clause sets the following ban times: 1 Hour - Trolling, Distribution of Pornography, Mic. Spam, Distribution of Hacking mods/clients, Refusing to cooperate 2 Hours Disrespect to System Officials, Harassment 8 Hours - Being disruptive while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, requesting a ban 1 Day Scamming, Repeatedly being banned 1 Week Distribution of Private Information, Abuse of Permissions, Repeatedly being banned 30 Days Advertising, Lying to System Officials, Repeatedly being banned The list of these ban times will be updated on the TeamSpeak Regulations page of Villoux s website, which can be found in the Lobby Channel s channel description. The second order of business that I wish to discuss is the fact that for the summer time, Villoux s TeamSpeak traffic flow has been less than what we were expecting. For that reason, I would like to personally request that all Guild Masters and Server Heads work to the best of their ability to bring their users onto the wonderful Villoux TeamSpeak community. The third and final order of business that I wish to discuss is that I would like to remind everyone that if they have an issue with another user, they should not hesitate to request assistance from the Operation Department. There have been reports of users trolling, scamming, etc. that have been made to gaming Department Staff, but not TeamSpeak Operators. For that reason, the users have not been issued TeamSpeak bans due to the

21 Operators having lack of knowledge that a ban should be issued. For that reason, I would like to request that anytime you have a dispute with another user that you contact a TeamSpeak Operator. TeamSpeak Operators will always be ready and willing to assist you in anyway possible. That being said, I hereby conclude my TeamSpeak Announcement and welcome any questions, comments, or concerns in regards to anything that I have just discussed. 22 Transition: Thank you for that announcement, Mr. Pwnzy. Seeing as there are no further questions, comments, or concerns in regards to the system s TeamSpeak Operation Department, we will now move to the Closing Ceremonies. Closing Ceremonies as Read by Dr. Baskerville Well, good evening to you again my fellow Villouxians. We have had quite a productive House of Players meeting, if I do say so myself. But before I get too involved in the Closing Ceremonies, I have finished tallying the votes for the World of Tanks Department and wish to announce them. In percentages, the department received: (%) voting In Favor, (%) voting Opposed, (%) voting Non-Voting, and (%) voting Absent. Excluding the votes that were cast Non-Voting and Absent: (%) voted In Favor, (%) voted Opposed, and (%) voted Abstained. This means that the World of Tanks Department has passed the Villoux House of Players and is now officially incorporated into the system! That being said, I would like to welcome Mr. TickleMyCow to the Chairman Committee as the World of Tanks Department Chairman. I look forward to working with you and your evergrowing department, Mr. Cow. Moving back to our closing ceremonies, I wish to make the House aware of two changes to our Board of Executives. This month, I would like to welcome a new Executive Baskerville Assistant and a new Executive TeamSpeak Operator. Joining our Board of Executives as the new Executive Baskerville Assistant is Mr. Penguin. Mr. Penguin has served as a loyal Villoux member since this system bought the Diamond Server System in May of I know that I can always rely on Penguin for good advice, friendship, and fun. With that being said, I have full confidence that my new colleague will be the last person that I ever have to swear into the Executive Baskerville Assistant office. Joining the Board of Executives as Villoux s new Executive TeamSpeak Operator will be the hard-working Operative Manager, Mr. Pwnzy. Mr. Pwnzy has served as the Operative Manager for the past month, and prior to that he served as a TeamSpeak Operator. Mr. Pwnzy bares a striking resemblance to our former Executive TeamSpeak Operator, Mr. Gooky, who retired back in August of Mr. Pwnzy and Mr. Gooky are both the type of person to act sternly, but fairly. For this, I feel that Mr. Pwnzy would make the perfect addition to the Board of Executives as our Executive TeamSpeak Operator. Gentlemen, I have full confidence in both of you, and trust that you will both more than excel with any responsibilities assigned to you.

23 I would like to take this time to announce this month s Friend of Villoux recipient. As you know, the Friend of Villoux award is an award given every month to a user in the system s staff that has worked exceptionally hard, and has excelled their expectations in their position. Without further ado, this month s Friend of Villoux award goes to The Radio Villoux DJ, ShadowBoo! Mr. ShadowBoo has worked very hard as a DJ this month and did not hesitate to fill in for his fellow DJ members when they neglected the Radio Villoux program. Additionally, Mr. ShadowBoo keeps his audience entertained, and is always happy to take song and karaoke requests from the users. Honorable mentions for this month include: the Executive System Builder Veterans Pbarron88 and Sammygman, the Building Manager Soul Sniper, and the Executive System Press Officer King Kiro. I appreciate all of the hard work that you ladies and gentlemen have done for the system, and want to stress the fact that without you, we would not be nearly as grand of a system as we are today. With that being said, I would also like to take this time to thank the Board of Executives, Chairman Committee, and Grand Council for the wonderful system that they graciously provide for all of us. Finally, I want to thank you, the hard working Villoux staff, that keeps this system afloat and enables us to be such a strong and stable community. With that information in mind, I, Dr. T.
