2 FITES, a uniquely branded LAN experience First of all, thank you, thank you for taking the time to get to know FITES and what it is we do. After more than a decade of hosting LAN events we have grown in size of attendees, venue, and recognition. That recognition has poised Frag Infinity Tournament, Inc. as a uniquely branded organization and event that draws people in from all regions of North America. FITES takes pride in the brand that it has built over the years. We are known as a LAN with a welcoming and warm atmosphere, with room for players of all levels, skill, and game preferences. When attendees, and our own staff, have compared our LAN to other events of this size, our name is always mentioned as a unique brand. We have an ambitious view of FITES, and that of LAN style gaming as a whole, that can only be reached with the support of others on the industry side of this relationship. After all, a LAN party is nothing more than an extension of the consumer and industry relationship. Consumers at our events purchase a wide array of products that are all associated with gaming and the PC market. The LAN experience provides a unique opportunity for people to view, compare, and engage in discussion with each other on their thoughts regarding these offerings from the industry sector. The growth of LAN events provides a unique opportunity for tech and industry sectors to be seen directly by their target consumer audience. We hope that you will join us in this engagement. ORGANIC Social Media Engagement From a growing, enthusiastic, and diverse fan base that supports PC Gaming LAN Play IT Industries And all at an enthusiast level where performance and appearance matter Touted as the second largest search engine behind Google, FITES maintains a show called FITES- Cast, allowing the public to always have access to reviews, news, product unboxings, and a constant stream of information as to what is happening within the FITES community. Your product or service could be the next feature segment. FITES maintains a twitter feed that easily allows followers to see how active our own website forums are. In addition this platform is used to promote posts from other social media sites, and our own news items, to a broad audience that is eager to show their support of PC gaming and LAN play at an enthusiast level. Our community Steam Group allows us to directly message our members about the latest things happening within FITES; including who our sponsors are, what products or services they are providing, and where they can go to find out more about those sponsors. This is also a platform for us to coordinate community game nights. Even our own website provides another means of engagement and advertisement delivery. We welcome and relish the opportunity to work along side sponsors to deliver custom tailored messages to our publics and the PC Gaming community as whole. With 250 gamers in attendance UPC was able to showcase their products, describe their services, and even give a small demo on the process and methods use in their custom cable sleeving. In addition to cable sleeving UPC will also build a custom rig to customer specifications from the ground up. UPC prides themselves on being more than an order and slap together assembly line. From their own Facebook page, which has has over 1,000 followers, U.P.C knows each and every one of our builds by heart. We know exactly what is in the system, what frequencies you re running at and what voltages are applied. With this detailed information, you and your PC isn t just another customer and another build, but a part of our family tree. Over the years, FITES has managed to establish partnerships with vendors, gaming communities, and well established media representatives; all of which enhance the LAN experience that has become synonymous with the FITES brand. By sharing their ideas and listening to others, we aim to create a community that embraces and celebrates nerd pop culture. GaG proudly partners with FITES to run board games, role playing games, various console tournaments, and a presence that is unique to LAN events. FITES is incredibly proud and honored to have GaG as not only a media representative by way of their podcast, but a very special part of that unique FITES brand. FITES represents not only a thriving social gaming community, but also a long tradition (in gaming years) of being a premier LAN Tournament host. When I mention FITES to the Outhouse (gamers), they instantly know what I am talking about, in the same way that they know about Pax East and Blizzcon. They have supported our community by fabricating Staff and Attendee badges, as well as custom made trophies for our tournaments. We get checked in. The process was painless, professional, and fast. We find our spot, unload our gear on lucky table 13, and even before we had a power cable in-hand a staff guy was there with his power map showing us which outlets we were to plug into. Their broadcasts reach out to more than 127,500 followers through their Twitch.tv and YouTube channels. Known through out the Team Fortress 2 community the crew of extv, and owner Jeff Extine in particular, are prominent opinion leadears in a gaming community that measures almost 80,000 players per day. In addition to being a very large media representative at FITES LAN, the extv crew have shown they share the same values of a tight knit and happy gaming community that FITES does. Their engagement with new comers, support of LAN play and LAN events, and charitable giving have made extv a partner that FITES is truly honored to be working along side. The quality of broadcast and content of their show demonstrates their commitment to a quality product and something their fans can enjoy..org

6 WHAT WE NEED FITES has a need for sponsors at varying levels, all in order to provide and produce that uniquely engaged community back to the consumer market. FITES has operated, for many years, on equipment that was graciously donated by, or actually is, the property of staff members. Like wise, door prizes have always been a staple of LAN parties, Being able to tout the generosity of sponsors that have donated equipment or prizes has always been a large draw for our attendees, and furthers the organic reach of our social media postings. To that end, there are various levels of sponsorship that FITES, as a LAN organization, needs to have fulfilled in order to continue providing that uniquely branded LAN experience that our attendees have come to know. WHAT WE CAN PROVIDE FITES is prepared to enter into long-term and short-term advertising agreements to achieve mutual goals between FITES and our sponsors. Long-term advertisements: Working closely with your own marketing team, FITES can work with you on a mutually planned advertising schedule that makes use of all social media platforms listed above. This can include, but isn t limited to, posts that are shared, direct sponsor written, images, video clips, and others. These long term agreements should be considered as something that will happen leading up to an event, and continue on after. This type of agreement will be reserved to those sponsors that have also made a long term support commitment. Please consider ways in which you could help. Network: FITES has a need to upgrade their networking capabilities. This includes switches and servers that are necessary to host games and properly control all the network traffic. FITES is currently seeking sponsors that would provide this equipment in exchange for a Long-term committment of advertising and partnership. Specifically FITES has a need for: 24 switches, with 24 10/100 ports and 2-4 gigabit ports 1 x port gigabit managed switch that supports LACP Multiple servers from which to host game servers, voip servers, and other functions. Prizes: Door prizes are a staple of any LAN event and serve a double edge purpose. The announcement of prize sponsors over social media generates large interest in potential attendees and encourages the spread of these announcements. It also places products directly into the hands of consumers that are eager to use and talk about those products at a LAN event. FITES has no specific need for any particular prizes but we encourage you to remember that our demographic prominently features enthusiast level PC gamers that demand performace and appearance from the products they purchase. Door bag prizes: Door bag prizes usually consist of small brand recognition items such as t-shirts, key lanyards, or even weekend game key passes. The potential for hardware makers and developers to get their brand in the front view of 250 people is very high with these simple gestures. Financial Support: FITES is, at the core, a charitable organization. We have made donations in the past to reputable organizations such as Child s Play, and directly helped a local children s hospital by purchasing video game consoles and games for the children to play. Your financial contribution can help us to support that goal of charitable giving by supporting the logistical cost of a LAN event. Short-term advertisements: The marketing team within FITES is a highly talented team that will craft and post a wide variety of messages. Let us know what posting schedule you would like to see and our team will make that happen. This short-term agreement should be considered as something that only happens leading up to and through an event, but then will end at that point.
