Introduction Welcome to the No Dip War Community! An amateur to elite; league style Clash of Clans competition. The following rules shall govern play and conduct of all clans and players in the NDL community. These rules have been drawn for the purpose of good sportsmanship, friendly competition and fair play. We value quality over quantity! Standard code of Ethics We will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks, harassment, *name & shame*, or purposeless inflammatory posts. Moderator and Staff decisions are final in these matters. Any abuse towards our Staff, Moderators and/or discord admins in any form will not be tolerated. Please read Supercell policy on forums if you have questions. SC Forums The ambassador group Each participant clan may have one (1) ambassador(representative) from their clan, and one (1) Co ambassador. Strictly no voting for Co ambassador. The ambassador shall be a part of the

2 ambassador community by upholding FP rules, keeping structure within the league, vote if a voting topic is brought to the table. Vote Example 1. New league needs to be implemented because other clans need different BD to participate. Ambassador shall put to a vote where majority will decide. A 24 hour voting clock will be submitted in chat to allow enough time for all time zones. Also, a spreadsheet accessible to all will be supplied to record the votes by the group. Ambassador roles are non transferable after the start week of the tournament, unless a life event or major reason is given. So please choose wisely! CO ambassador roles are non voting roles. Because we are a tournament community ran by the community there is no need for admins. *Please note there are admin roles in the discord chat application. These are discord server admins NOT tournament admins* Basic rules No TH dipping. Dipping meaning NO 11v10 or 10v9 attacks. Scouting however is allowed. Dipping during war will result in a clan DQ immediately. How to handle a rogue player who dipps on purpose with intent to DQ team. 1. Immediately kick player. 2. Screenshot chat showing toxic player. 3. Submit to ambassador group. If this unfortunately happens in war. The player will be counted as DQ, and also gained stars awarded from that attack will be removed. League Structure The NDL shall consist of four separate leagues. Opponent is random for first match with league structure thereafter. This is weight based! There are no tiers. Please note that clans will put their best roster forward, please try to be fair in negotiations. Also you will be expected to maintain a general pleasant engagement in conversation during negotiations. Pro League: 16 recommended BD is by ambassador agreement. Default BD will was voted on to be whatever ambassador arranged. There will be no applications to participate. These clans typically have extensive experience in multiple tournament play. Have interest, and or demonstrated an elite level of play Demonstrated a commitment to Fair Play Demonstrated the ability to thrive within the community Semi Pro League 20 Prep day of Sunday default Courtesy to clan with other league commitment. Default BD will was voted on.30v 4/8/9 s if both ambassador do not arrange otherwise.

3 Clans with Minor to mid level tournament experience. Interested clans will be given the same structure described above. Amateur League 30 Default temp of 30v 4/8/18 of Friday prep day weekly if both clans can't arrange Interested clans with very LITTLE to NO league experience. All clans must acknowledge that they will adhere to the rules set forth in this document. Ambassadors shall hold a vote following the clans entries to their leagues if it is felt that certain clans may be in the wrong league. * Featherweight division * sub category of amateur with no TH 11. Default BD is 0/5/15 Friday prep day. FP violations policy Clan leaders are 100% accountable to their players. Leaders are encouraged, and expected to vet, background check, and monitor their own players. Please check with a staff member for advice if not sure how to vet players. Ambassadors shall hold an evidence review following the incident, and after a vote on punishment. No whole clan as a collective will be banned or punished for one members shortcoming provided the leadership is found to not be involved. Clans don't recruit players who cheat obviously, with that being said the clan will not be penalized as a whole. If the clan intended on recruiting a non FP member the clan will be removed for competition. We ask that the player or players are removed immediately from the roster. Please refer to Supercell TOS as a guideline. NOTE: The final structure of divisions & leagues will be determined by the number of clans partaking for each league. You must allow our YouTube person into your clan at any point during war day, as well as allow streaming of all attacks. This is for the purpose of FP. Fair Play Rules The NDL community has a zero tolerance policy on cheating. Any clan found engaging in any form of cheating to gain an unfair advantage will be removed, and their games will be forfeited. Decisions regarding cheating will be made by the ambassador group only. NDL clans are expected to adhere to these standards are in the spirit of sportsman like conduct, and any and all SC fair play guidelines. Leadership is responsible and will be held accountable for all actions within their clans. Situations deemed NOT fair play include, but are not limited to, the following: Using third-party software which modifies game play Allowing or using burner accounts to manipulate game play Participating in hunts Using spies, spying, or impersonating another player

4 Using ringer's or bringing in players from outside the clan to pilot clan accounts Sharing bases to other teams Accepting enemy bases from players Exploiting the Friendly Challenge feature to practice bases outside of home clan, or inviting players into home clan in order to practice Simulating attacks on TH8 or lower bases Leaving the clan on prep or battle day for any reason. Any member caught cheating in any form will be banned. If your clan receives a whole clan ban due to one player violating SC Tos; immediately report to ambassador group. The entire clan will not pay the price for one member's actions. No action will be taken against the clan as a whole as long as the player is removed from the roster. Any evidence of players or clans violating the fair play rules must be presented to league ambassador group for review. The NDL community follows Supercell guidelines, rules, and standards in terms of FP environment for all. To ensure the NDL community is fair and fun for everyone, we do not tolerate cheating or fraudulent activities. Please read Supercell's Terms of Service for activities that are strictly prohibited. If any player is banned for 2 weeks or more by Supercell for violating the Terms of Service, then they will be banned from participating in the NDL and all associated accounts suspended for further investigation. You may not leave your clan during competition for any reason. Clan Roster Composition *Breakdowns for each division will be voted on by that ambassador group after registrations close* Each clan in the leagues will be allowed a Master Roster containing a minimum of their leagues voted breakdown, and maximum of 60 players to pull from to create weekly roster for each match. Master rosters are allowed the following maximum roster spots: Pro: Eight (10) Town Hall 11s Twenty (20) Town Hall 10s Thirty Two (32) Town Hall 9s Semi : 8/20/32 Amateur: 8/16/32 Each clan must submit the master roster prior to tournament start date; that lists subs as well. Master rosters must be comprised of clan members, free agents registered with NDL or members from a family clan.

5 Ambassador representatives will be required to list a clan for each account on their roster with players tag Recognized sister clans, as listed on a clan s registration application are preset options. Roster stacking is not allowed. Account additions or removals from a clan s roster must be announced in the league. Dual membership is defined as a single player having accounts in multiple clans. Dual membership is permitted when: the player has separate accounts in clan. the player has an account on only one roster per account If the 2 clans in which player holds membership are opponents in an official NDL war, the player will be asked to choose one clan to participate with or to sit out of the war completely Dual membership in a non fair play clan is prohibited. Any clan found doing so will be removed. Using players from a feeder/sister clan as you would any other arranged war is permitted. All engineered accounts are prohibited from official wars (an engineered account is not defined as a.5 base natural upgrade process. Put a.5 in at your own risk as they must hit their own TH level or higher. Each clan s master roster is expected to be kept up-to-date with accurate information weight and hero levels for all accounts on a clan s roster. It is recommended that, when setting up the war with opponents, that the war rosters are built with the data from the official NDL clan roster. The NDL is strictly for TH9+ competition. With interest may include TH 8 at a later date. Any accounts lower than TH9 will not be allowed in any competitive NDL competition. In order to ensure compliance there are Two (2) Staff who have no voting rights, who are only present as law to uphold the votes by ambassador group. There will be no bans or suspensions associated with Admin law It will be up to each individual clan to enforce this guideline, and adding a player with poor FP history to a clan s weekend lineup can result potential penalty to that player. Substitutions Substitutions are defined as a player who is not on a clan s master roster, and the clan is requesting to use the player in a war. The opposing clan must agree on the substitutions being requested to be used on a war roster. Substitutions may be used from any clan, as long as the player is not on a clan s master roster. Substitutions may be used from another NDL clan s master roster; however, the player who is substituting may not be a substitute in a clan participating in a lower league. See the examples below for further clarity. Example - A player on an Pro clan s master roster is not allowed to be a substitute on another leagues roster. Transfers The following rules only apply to accounts that have participated in a NDL war. If an account has

6 not participated in a NDL war, then the following rules do not apply. Individual Account Transfer Rules An account is only allowed to make one transfer per season. This applies to all accounts that have participated in a NDL war, and the account is either: moving to another clan that is participating in an equal league, or moving to another clan that is participating in a higher league An account is not considered a transfer if the account has: not participated in a NDL war, or participated in a NDL war, and the account is moving to another clan in a lower league. Ambassador roles should be taken as in every definition of the word. Please conduct yourself with maturity, friendly nature, and open mind. Community is the spirit of the league! Ambassador roles please be aware that there are language barrier issues from time to time as well.
