2 Teri Hollingsworth 40TVice President of Association and Human Resource Services Hospital Association of Southern California (HASC) 40TTeri Hollingsworth is the Vice President of Association and Human Resource Services at the Hospital Association of Southern California (HASC). In her role, she leads an internal human resources and association services team and collaborates with hospital leadership throughout the state to provide resources and services that support and sustain the strategic priorities of HASC. Her primary objectives include promoting human resources products and services, addressing workforce development and pipeline issues and developing educational programs for hospital leaders. Most recently, her expanded role includes managing the association s endorsed business partner program that provides members with high-quality products and services designed to help hospitals and health care organizations improve operational efficiencies, maximize earnings and solve challenges. Prior to joining HASC, Teri served as a Compensation Consultant at Transamerica Finance Group and at Security Pacific Corporation, where she was responsible for ensuring that employee compensation and benefits were equitable and competitive. She also developed pay structures for the organizations, analyzed market studies, provided consultative services to executives and designed incentive compensation plans. Teri received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Vanguard University and a Master of Arts degree in Management from the University of Redlands.

3 Ellen Zaman 40TAssociate Vice President, Government and Industry Relations Children s Hospital Los Angeles 40TEllen Zaman is the Associate Vice President, Government and Industry Relations at Children s Hospital Los Angeles where she is responsible for local government, business and civic relations, public policy, advocacy and community benefit. CHLA is a 317 bed tertiary care pediatric teaching hospital. Ms. Zaman has served at CHLA in numerous administrative posts and has been responsible for the operations, clinical, teaching, and research activities of numerous Hospital Departments. Through her leadership in hospital operations and planning, she has developed and implemented numerous patient, family, hospital and external programs. She currently is responsible for local government, business and civic relations. She has also been Principal Investigator on numerous patient care programs and grants. Actively working with many health care, business, government, professional and civic organizations, Ms. Zaman is involved in many city, county and regional initiatives. She serves on the Board of Governors of the East Hollywood Business Improvement District since its inception in 2006, working with area stakeholders on neighborhood revitalization and community development. She serves on the Health Care, Education/Workforce, and Government and Civic issues Councils of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce. In the past, she has chaired the Metro Hospital Collaborative, to steer the work of a five hospital collaborative in efforts to assess community health needs and address health care service delivery needs. Ms. Zaman lectures frequently on healthcare delivery, public policy and workforce development initiatives. Ms. Zaman is President for Health Care Executives of Southern California of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and also serves on the Board of the Hospital Association of Southern California. As a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Ms. Zaman is Board Certified in health care management. She is also a Fellow of the Southern California Leadership Network/Leadership Los Angeles. She holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University, and a Master of Social Welfare from Fordham University, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, State of California

4 Ed Lehman 40TSr. Vice President 40TNational Accounts, Client Management and Channel Partnerships 40TGrand Rounds, Inc. 40TEd Lehman is responsible for managing and growing Grand Rounds enterprise client base. He and his team lead our growth efforts and help to bring Grand Rounds unique solutions to employers all over the country. Ed also manages Grand Rounds channel partnerships, including consultant, broker, and integration partner relationships. 40TEd has extensive experience working with large employers as a healthcare consultant at Mercer and TowersWatson, where he led teams that helped develop and implement health care strategies. Ed joins Grand Rounds as the former Vice President of Sales at Cigna, and previously led the national sales team at Aetna. Ed earned his BA in Public Affairs from Indiana University, Bloomington and his MBA from Pepperdine University, Malibu.
