FITTING YOUR BEDROOM CUPBOARDS When you are installing the built in cupboards (BIC), it s important to work from the corner away to the end of the row of BIC S.

Once you have placed all the cupboards in position, levelled them and attached them to the wall you can start fitting the hinges onto the doors.

The larger section is called the hinge, and the smaller section the hinge plate. The hinge plate is the part that gets mounted onto the carcass.

To align the bottom of the cupboard with the bottom of the door you can either place a plank flush with the bottom, under the cupboard, or rest the door on one of the adjustable PVC legs.

And that s how we install our clients built in cupboards.

FITTING YOUR BEDROOM CUPBOARDS When you are installing the built in cupboards (BIC), it s important to work from the corner away to the end of the row of BIC S. The reason for this is so that you can determine the width of the side filler, that is going to go between the side of the cupboard and the wall. Once you have placed all the cupboards in position, levelled them and attached them to the wall you can start fitting the hinges onto the doors. Our doors are pre-drilled for the hinges so there s no struggling to align the cabinet hinges up with one another. The larger section is called the hinge, and the smaller section the hinge plate. A chipboard door is a flat panel door with no shape or profile in the centre of the door. You can t router the edge of flat panel chipboard door because the chipboard will break apart and leave a rough finished edge. Melamine impact doors comes in a big range of colours and textures. PVC wrapped doors is a quality durable door made of super wood( MDF). A profile gets cut on the edges and the centre of the doors. You can choose your combinations from our range of inside and outside profiles and our range of door styles.
