We can manufacture to your exact requirements, be it a bespoke profile, a particular finish, or precise machining for door hardware. Do you need a unique profile or to match an existing profile? We can work from your drawing or a sample, and using state of the art design equipment, create a 3D model for you to approve. The same software is then used to generate the tooling requirements and therefore you can be guaranteed that the 3D model you approve will be replicated accurately when you receive your finished product. Our purpose built semi-automatic finishing line and hand spraying facilities mean that any stock or bespoke primed item can be finished to any RAL specified by you, in any profile, any quantity and any size. OTHER AVAILABLE GRADES OF MDF Ecologique (Zero formaldehyde) Ecologique is typically used in environmentally sensitive areas such as museums, laboratories, art galleries, hospitals and schools. The formaldehyde content is less than 1.0mg/100g, which is equivalent or less than natural timber. Ecologique is available in 12, and mm thicknesses and in 2.440m lengths. Standard Grade Standard grade is predominantly used for stair tread application and is only suitable for internal dry conditions. Standard grade is available in thicknesses ranging from mm-60mm and in 2.440, 3.050, 3.660, and metre lengths. Fire Retardant Euro Class B & C (also known as Class 1 & Class O) is typically used in hotel foyers, offices, public libraries, schools, hospitals and cinemas. Euro Class B & C is available in thicknesses ranging from mm to 25mm and in and metre lengths. For identification purposes it is pink in colour so it is easily distinguishable from your non-fire retardant primed, moisture resistant MDF profiles. Exterior Grade Exterior MDF can be used in a wide range of external applications.
