2 Enhance your interiors with architectural style Welcome to Mills River Millworks, LLC. We are a hometown company with the ability and commitment to produce elegant personal profiles. Our mouldings are produced from fine select hardwoods. Popular species include: Oak, Cherry, Maple, and Walnut. Other species are available on request. Our mouldings are available in two grades, N Grade and P Grade. N Grade is for your natural or clear finished products. This material is one piece and not finger jointed or edge glued. P Grade is for painted or heavy finished wood. N Grade is allowed to have the following characteristics: small areas of light checks, pitch pockets, light torn grain, medium stain, or medium pitch. P Grade is the same as N Grade except for the staining of the wood. As long as a paintable surface is provided then plugging, filling, or patching is allowed on P Grade. Characteristics not seen when moulding is installed will not be given the same grading scale as the face. Specific ordered lengths of window and door mouldings will be graded as completely usable. Mouldings can be provided basic, sanded, stained, or painted. Sanded mouldings are preferred when desiring a clear or high gloss finish. Stained or painted mouldings can be finished as needed for your projects. Signature one of a kind profiles are created for the individual customer or building. Once created, this profile remains yours and yours alone. It will never be sold to anyone else. Signature profiles can be provided in N Grade or P Grade as specified by the customer. Historical reproduction profiles or historical profiles are also provided as needed for your projects. Patterns can be made from existing millwork or from historical resources within our facility. Customizing your wood components to match your plans is what we are all about. We will team you up with our engineer and designer. As you choose your designs, species, and profiles, we will assist by bringing you the richness ad warmth of fine wood mouldings.

Why purchase a signature profile? It enhances the personalization of your project. Your consideration to detail will be displayed and the value of your work will gain you additional profits. The client will be able to create a signature look throughout specific projects. In the case of a builder or contractor, your homes will have your very own profile design, a testimony to your commitment of distinctive design. Once a signature profile is produced, it can only be duplicated at your request and will not be sold to others.
