Development of matrix PDC and diamond impregnated bits manufacturing by means of powder metallurgical technique was preceded by big volume of research scientific works and experimental designing in the sphere of new materials. Research works in this direction allowed develop specific receipts of binding substances for manufacturing impregnated tools. The important aspect of our scientific research is studying bottomhole assembly dynamics. We concentrate on the quality of diamond cutters utilizing bench testing and our testing of cutters is conducted in real drilling conditions due to specific test method. High rotational speed allows maximum rock destruction Specially designed bit profile allows placing large volume of diamond material. 26 Special tools BC type bits Small and medium diameter ( mm) bits are equipped with tungsten carbide teeth designed for drilling liner equipment, cement and sand plugs, tubing cleaning from paraffin deposits and other operations. In 2012 roller-cone bit manufacturing organized in Ufa. Upto-date equipment purchased, and specialists with wide experience in roller-cone bit manufacturing were staffed. Currently we produce rollercone bits of different diameters from 120,6 and up to 914,4mm with different cutting structure for different mining and geological conditions. 28
