Our Multi Activation Circulation Sub has been designed not only to overcome the most complex circulation challenges but to do so with optimum efficiency and total reliability as part of your bottom hole assembly. It is a breakthrough technology: one that eliminates unnecessary rig downtime to save you time and money. - An innovative internal mechanism allows flow ports in the outer body to be opened and closed from the surface, simply via the operation of the mud pump controls by drilling personnel. - Upon activation, a shut-off mechanism closes the tool inner bore, allowing lost circulation material to be pumped out through the side ports. It means MWD and LWD equipment located below the tool are protected at all times. - Our Multi Activation Circulation Sub bypasses the need to break the drill string as part of the process: no ball or dart devices required. - It can be activated (opened or closed) as many times as you require during an individual drilling operation. - Its activation/deactivation status whether open or closed can be instantly gauged on the drill floor. A next-generation product that will give you an operational edge, it s the result of painstaking research, design and development work by industry innovators. Our pioneering HCDP delivers significant reductions in torque and drag because of both its hole cleaning capabilities and reduced wall contact in the critical bottom hole assembly area. - Hole cleaning via stirring up cuttings beds from the low side of the wellbore. - Reduced wall contact also lessens the risk of differential sticking a key issue in depleted formations. - The unique design supports sliding in high angle hole and horizontal sections, by reducing contact areas typically experienced on long sections of standard HCDP. Drag is reduced significantly, allowing directional control with less weight stacking on the bit. - An ideal solution for ERD wells where torque build-up can restrict the high rotation required to aid hole cleaning. - Reduces the requirement for additional connections while benefitting from the hole cleaning technology, standard stand lengths are still maintained. Heavy-weight or Light-weight Drill Pipe This HCDP comes in 2 versions either as a heavy weight which would be placed in the BHA or as a light weight which would be strategically placed in the drill string to assist in cleaning problem areas such as the inclination build up within a section. HCDP Specifications This drill pipe can be manufactured to replicate the same weights and dimensions as standard and premium heavy weight or drill pipe.

3 HOLE CLEANING SUB Our Hole Cleaning Sub is a perfect example of OILSCO s ideas in action to benefit your drilling operations. A durable tool that is located between sections of drill pipe to redistribute cuttings that settle out of the mud on the low side of the wellbore, it comes into its own in highly deviated sections in excess of 40 where the build-up of cuttings beds is often most acute. CFD analysis has already shown that its innovative design is capable of delivering a clear increase in cuttings removal, over longer periods, compared to a drill string without any mechanical aid. - A patented pending unique impeller/ spade design for maximum cuttings agitation. - Industry standard Arnco 350XT hard banding application. - Placement programme for optimum hole cleaning performance. - Available with standard API connections or customer-specified premium connections. Designed to complement the attributes of Roller Reamers and stabilization equipment, Our Drilling Reamer has approx 70-80% less wall contact than standard stabilization equipment currently used within the drill string. - Due to their domed geometry our Diamond Insert allows for increased reaming capability with gauge protection & stabilization properties. The inserts are strategically placed within the blade which assists with the removal of dog legs and ledges during drilling operations. 4 TRI-TORNADO SINGLE-STAGE HOLE OPENER Our Hole Opener boasts a series of features that underpins its performance: The smooth transition on the body OD reduces the chances of debris build up and packing off. The spiral body blades and pilot blades encourage directiona/ turbulent flow, removal of cuttings/debris and excellent hole cleaning. This unique hole opener has offset positioned cutters to allow a more aggressive cutting effect and strategically placed upward facing nozzles to encourage flow and ensure the cutters stay free of debris. The nozzles are held in retainers and are not machined as part of the integral body, enabling easy replacement and preventing body damage from washing.
