2 Completely wrap the whole roof frame, including valleys, hips, ridges, fascia, eave, bargeboard and bargeboard eaves with TBA Firefly Plus 60. The frame may be timber or steel. STEP 2: Esure that all edges of the the Plus 60 always end on top of a truss, depending on the size of the roof flush noggins will have to be installed to ensure a continuous fixing point. STEP 1: Stretch out the Plus 60 over the frame and temporarily secure and shape into place using a Hammer Tacker for timber frame or 15mm button head self tapping screws for steel frame. STEP 3: Repeat this process with the next layer of Plus 60 overlapping the first layer by 50mm. STEP 4: Then run a 25mm x 0.6mm flat steel strap (Hoop Iron) over all joints and abutments and clamp into place using 32mm needlepoint screws (timber frame) or self tapping screws (steel 100mm centers.

4 STEP 9: Trim off the excess Intubatt FZ Strip, creating a raked finish flush to the angle of the roof using a wood saw. STEP 10: Continue to install the Intubatt FZ up the barge if a gable end is present. STEP 8: Install the TBA Firefly Intubatt FZ Strips over the Plus 60 using 3 x 50mm long needlepoint screws and penny washers, 50mm from either end of the 1200mm wide sheet and 1 in the centre. Coat the joints between each layer of Intubatt FZ with TBA Firefly Intucoat.

5 STEP 11: Install the 150mm wide TBA Firefly Intubatt FZ Strips over the head of the vertical Intubatt using 3 x 50mm long needlepoint screws and penny washers, 50mm from either end of the 1200mm wide sheet and 1 in the centre. Coat the joints and abutments between each layer of Intubatt FZ with TBA Firefly Intucoat. STEP 12: Continue to install the 150mm Intubatt FZ Strips around the perimeter of the roof. STEP 13: Ensure that all green edges are painted over and sealed using TBA Firefly Intucoat filling any small gaps as you go.

6 STEP 15: Install the nominal 42mm high steel top hats over the Plus 60 ensuring that they butt up tightly to the Intubatt around the perimeter of the roof. STEP 14: Install 2 x 150mm wide TBA Firefly Intubatt FZ Strips. One either side of the valley junction, using 3 x 50mm long needlepoint screws and penny washers, 50mm from either end of the 1200mm wide sheet and 1 in the centre. Coat the joints and abutments between each layer of Intubatt FZ with TBA Firefly Intucoat. STEP 16: Overlay the Plus 60, steel top hats and Intubatt with TBA Firefly 50mm thick mineral wool Insulation with the laminated foil facing downwards. Continue the foil layer past the face of the Intubatt allowing enough material to allow it to go into the gutter when fitted.

7 STEP 18: When the Steel roof sheets are installed, the fluffy mineral wool will compress up into the roof profile at the perimeter of the roof, creating a tight seal. Prior to installing the ridge capping, lay an additional layer of 50mm Insulation at the junction so that when the capping is screwed home the insulation will fill it. STEP 17: Install the nominal 42mm high steel top hats over the Plus 60 ensuring that they butt up tightly to the Intubatt around the perimeter of the roof. Extremely easy to handle and install and being a fabric means that you can wrap almost any shaped frame.
