3 Established in 1929 as Parker Majestic Tool and Manufacturing Company. Shortly after became Parker Majestic Inc. focused on building precision grinding machines. Acquired by Penn United in 2001 and now located in a 112,000 square foot building near our main facility in Sarver, PA.

The machines, as when they were originally produced, are completely made in the United States.
