3 VERTICAL, MULTI-FUNCTIONAL, BRILLIANT PVSL PV SL 2 For workpieces up to Ø 450 mm Lots of technology in little space that s what the machines of the PITTLER PV SL series stand for. The use of up to four tool turrets turns the machines into real multi-task systems for soft and hard machining. Whereas other manufacturers offer two stand-alone machines for machining both sides, the PV SL series combines two work chambers with turning gripper in one machine. Not even external automation is required, since component feeding is by means of a self-loading system. The combination of short travel paths and the pick-up loading system guarantees short cycle times for the series production of sophisticated components. 4 VERSATILE TECHNOLOGY CUSTOMISED CONCATENATION PITTLER T&S offers customised automation solutions for the concatenation of several machines for all machines in the PV SL series. Customer wishes are met with flexible responses ranging from automatic belts with plane storage to robot-supported loading including 100% measuring station. TURNING MILLING DRILLING Process reliability, precision and economy take top priority in modern series production. The machines in the PV SL series, which stand out thanks to their technological versatility, are a safe bet when it comes down to these properties.
