4 Heavy weight drill pipes (HDP) Are used to ensure required load on rock cutting tool, and to increase rigidity of the bottom end of drilling column. The usage of HDP improves working conditions of drilling pipes, reduces possibility of pipe break, besides that, heavy weight drilling pipes prevent from hole direction deviation.
