2 By tendering for any items the Tenderer confirms that he / she accepts the following terms and conditions and offers the declared amounts: 1. This Tender Closes on Thursday 3 rd November at 2:00pm. No late tenders will be accepted. All tenders must be printed, filled out, signed, scanned, and ed to tenders@lsgtenders.co.za. 2. Items can be viewed from Monday 24 th to Thursday 27 th October from 9:00am until 4:00pm or by appointment. The address for viewing is: 11 Witton Road, Foundersview South, Modderfontein. Gauteng. Contact: Christine on or Conrad on All items are sold without any guarantees or warrantees. More information and videos of machines running are available on the web site The descriptions, models, and years provided cannot be guaranteed. 4. The following will be required for all Tenderers: a. A signed copy of this document with each page initialled b. A refundable deposit of R30,000 c. A copy of the Tenderer s ID and company (CK) documents (if buying in a company name) d. A current proof of address (less than 3 months old) e. A proof of payment for the deposit. 5. The bank details for the deposit are: a. Bank: Nedbank b. Branch Name: Eastern Gauteng c. Branch Number: d. Account Number: e. Reference: Use your full name or your company name. 6. The seller has the right to reject any tender and may choose at their own discretion not to award a tender. 7. Tenderers will be notified via on Friday 4 th November of their outcome. A pro-forma invoice will be sent to the successful bidder by Monday 7 th November at 4:00pm. The deposit held will be shown as a part payment on the proforma invoice. 8. Unsuccessful Tenderers will be refunded their full deposit on Tuesday 8 th November by EFT. 9. Full payment is required by 2:00pm on Wednesday 9 th November. Failure to make payment will result in the deposit being irrevocably forfeited. The under bidder may be contacted in this case. 10. After payment has cleared into our bank account, a final invoice will be generated along with a release note. No items will be released under any circumstances until payment reflects in our bank account. 11. No items will be released without this release note. Releasing will be made by appointment due to the locations of the machines. All items must be picked up by Friday November 25 th at 4:00pm. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide all labour, rigging, and transport. No assistance with loading will be provided. Page 2 of 11 INITIAL

3 12. Whilst the items do lie in a secure area, Tenderers will take full responsibility for the items as soon as they are notified of being the wining Tenderer. Items will lie at the Buyers risk and it is the Buyers responsibility to make certain the items won are insured. 13. Tenderer Details (will be used for Invoicing).
