1 INSTALLATION &REMOVAL of the EXTURDER Customers should turn off the machine with the power cable and USB data cable pulled down from it when installing or removing extruder. I.How to disassemble the extruder 1. Unscrew two screws under the plastic pieces of extruder with a hex wrench as follows. 2. Take out the extruder after unscrewing the screws. 3. Open two plastic clips behind the machine plate. 4. Put the extruder gently on the side (its nozzle is away from bruise) and stand the machine as follows after opening the plastic clips. 5. Next, unscrew the top screw with a hex wrench. Attention: when tightening screws, a hand must hold the nut in case of it falling into the switching power supply, which may cause damage. If the nut falls into the switching power supply, pour it out in the

2 anti-direction without electricity. 6. With the screws out, push out screws with a hex wrench according to the following operation. 7. After all the screws and nuts are out, hold both sides of the bezel with hands as shown. Pull down the shutter and take it out when moving it to left. 8. With removal of the shutter, picture is shown below. 9. Pull out lines of the heating pipes (three red and one black) on the motherboard and fan.

3 10. Pull out of the thermocouple wire (white line) according to the following chart. 11. According to the following chart, unplug the motor cable. Attention: push a clip beside with one hand and pull out the plug root with the other hand when pulling the motor line. 12. Cut the cable ties in accordance with the chart.

4 13. Then cut the ties behind the chassis slot. 14. Take out the extruder after cutting all. Congratulations! You ve demolished extruder done. If you plan to send the removed extruder for our maintenance operations, please see below. 15. Put the extruder in bubble or foam wrap, and then wrap it with tape when packaging the extruder.

5 16. After packaging, place the extrude in an appropriate box where the gap is filled with EPE or bubble wrap, so that the extruder is not easily damaged in transportation. II.How to install the extruder 1. First put the machine as shown vertically before installing the extruder. If the machine is blocked by the baffle below, remove the baffle as steps is mentioned above. It can be directly manipulated without baffle. 2. According to the following chart, plug a heating pipe and wires on the fan (line color is three red and one black) into the terminal block of the motherboard.

6 3. Plug the thermocouple wire (white line) into the motherboard. 4. Then plug the motor line (milky terminal) into the motherboard. Do not mistake the direction and position. 5. After all steps, the wiring is as follows. 6. Tie the motor cable ties together with other lines. 7. Tie the tangled Pipe lines together, like the card slot at the back of the chassis.

7 8. According to the following chart, insert one side of baffle with a ditch into the hole of chassis with a hand holding the baffle. 9. Then follow below, connect the two holes of the baffle with two buckles behind the chassis. 10. Push the baffle down to up and baffle above must tell the side together 11. Then put the bezel nut into the position of nut hole, thread screw into the nut from the top down, and tighten the screw with a hex wrench. 12. Once finishing screws, put the machine flat. 13. Put all the lines on the plastic clip on the back of the chassis with a hand holding the extrusion head.

8 14. Put the aluminum block on the slot plastic parts and fix plastic parts and aluminum block below with screws 15. Extruder installation is completes after screws are tightened.
