This information should be given to the owner/operator of this equipment.

2 The primary focus of this document is to provide the required processing data for the panels that H6L profile is attached on and assembly instructions for fixing the profile to the panel. Examples provided within for fixing of profile and panels to substructure are examples only and may vary based on application and conditions of the environment. Structural integrity of the substructure prior to installation and the final installation plan must be checked and confirmed by a professional. Unauthorized alterations and failure to adequately install this product can result in severe injury, or property damage. 2 EX-PM-042 3

3 Installation of H6L profile and processing the wooden panel Router processing data for preparing the 19mm wooden panel is shown below. Thickness: 19 mm ( 3 4 ) 5mm R L(c) R15.25 L(P) L(c)=L(p)+0.5mm Note: Same data can be used for 1 thick wooden panels. To ensure a flush installation, thin (~0.5mm) compensating spacers can be used to slightly pull the profile inwards. H6L profile can also be installed on a 16mm panel using 3mm thick compensating strips of wood. Router processing data for preparing the 16mm wooden panel is shown below. 4 1 2 Insert the End cap onto the profile and press firmly until abuts the profile. Ensure the profile is the correct side up, before inserting the profile into the processed wooden panel; see diagram. Fix the profile onto panel by Inserting and fastening the self tapping screws included. If necessary, you may also drill 15mm deep, 3mm holes prior to fastening screws. 3 mm D15mm up Prevent the panel from bowing by strengthening the panel from the rear. 5 Continuous installation of H6L profile and processing the wooden panel eg Examples of install The H6L profile has been designed to allow for multiple ways to install. Please note, Installation and final evaluation for adequacy by a professional is highly advised. 8 EX-PM-042 9

7 1 If not provided, drill a new set of holes on the top side of the profile. and create a row of countersunk holes from the front on the top row as per diagram below. Fix the profile to the panel below it by resting the profile onto the panel and fastening using self tapping screws from the rear. If necessary, you may also drill 15mm deep, 3mm holes prior to fastening screws; ensure the profile is the correct side up. 2 Prepare your preferred means of fixing the profile and panel at the bottom to the floor or wall/substructure. Locate and fix shims in the correct position as shown. up 12 EX-PM

8 3 Fix the profile to wall/substructure through the shims, from the front, using adequate hardware (not supplied). 4 Repeat step 1 to prepare the next profile and panel and use to locate & fix the position of the shims for fixing the the next profile to wall/substructure. Locate and Insert the panel from the prepared groove at the bottom into the fixed profile. Fix the profile to wall/substructure through the shims, from the front, using adequate hardware. Repeat this step to the last profile and finish by fixing the top panel using your preferred means. 14 EX-PM
